Great supplement, has a little smell.
I love this brand & need these supplements due to my Hashimoto’s disease. The ONLY issue I have with it is the smell. I prepare all of my medication and vitamins for the week and whenever I open the pill case, the smell makes me want to gag. You smell it as soon as you open the bottle. I am going to give this five stars because the formula is fabulous, but just know if you have any scent aversions, this might trigger it.

Noticed a big improvement
I've been taking this for a couple of months now. I take one each day along with the iodine drops I already use for thyroid support. The biggest thing I've personally noticed since adding selenium is a huge improvement in my overall mood. I wasn't really expecting to notice that much of a difference, but for me it has been noticeable enough that I've continued taking it daily. Of course supplements can affect everyone differently, but I've been very happy with my experience with this one so far.

Great supplement
Wanted to find selenium supplements that were only 100mg rather than 200mg like most of the ones on the market. This was about the only brand that I could find that fit my needs. Have been taking them for several months now with no problems.
