It does what it promised
What's to say? Battery installed perfectly. Holds a charge and is working as designed. Fantastic replacement that shipped quickly. Can't speak to longevity yet, but so far would quickly recommend as a replacement.

Didn't have expected longevity (16 mos)
Update from previous 5-star review. The power cell (laptop battery) ceased charging after 16 months. As such I've dropped the rating from 5 to 4-stars. Never expected this to last as long as an HP OEM battery but 1.33 years is less than initial expectation. Unfortunately the quality, and durability, of aftermarket "chinesium" laptop batteries is hit-and-miss. It worked well while it lasted but I'd have expected 24-36 mos. But when you can't, or decide not to, purchase an OEM power cell you're taking your chances on quality and longevity. This battery ended up as mediocre due to short lifespan.

After all, battery was just alright!
I bought this battery in April 2019 and thought it would last longer. I have to say the customer support was good, when at first I had questions. However, I always kept the charger on because the battery did not seem to hold the charge for that long. It is no longer working as of December 2021, so the battery did not make it to three years. I guess that is ok but I am not sure I will purchase it again.
