This computer came early from the same place. At first a couple times it did show on the screen that the computer wasn't shaking hands with the monitor but everything worked itself out I shut it off a couple times turn it on a couple times I had to reinstall a couple drivers that were missing and it had conflicts that thankfully the screen did come on this one and I could get to a troubleshooter and it corrected it and now this computer is working like a champ I really enjoy this Dell computer now that took the bad taste out of my mouth from the first one and I'm very pleased to have this one and it's a great product it's working fantastic does everything I want and more so there might be a few bugs with Dell computer and monitors communicating with each other but once that gets sorts out it'll be a fantastic buy. This PC came in excellent shape, other than a couple little scratches on the case it looks brand new, and the monitor is like new. This PC came on time, and was packaged very well and safely, clearly marked fragile and "PC" to help delivery drivers know to be careful. Setting up was literally plugging it in and than setting up the fresh install of windows 10, didn't need to enter an activation key it was on board and ready to boot up. It came with a wifi adapter and has Ethernet ports as well. Buying this PC for so cheap I knew it wouldn't be a gaming powerhouse, but it's a lot more powerful than I imagined it would be. It has a slow write speed sure, but it can run more than you think. I've had it a few days and have been steadily testing what it's limits are, and it can run Fallout new Vegas, it can play CS:GO on full servers, and I haven't tried anything more intense than that but it seems it can go a bit further still lsince I've had no trouble with those games. It isn't the fastest thing and definitely won't be playing warzone or anything but for less than $200, it is a blessing how much I can do with this. For anyone on a budget who wants to game but doesn't require the most bleeding edge tech on the market, this is an amazing deal. And for anyone who wants to do art, writing, work, browsing, sky is the limit. Wonderful product

After a few weeks of using the computer, I noticed it was operating sluggishly, it took a long time for Microsoft Word and Excel files to open. So, I hired a technician to come and assess the computer and he told me the hard drive isn’t responding properly. He went on to say the hard drive may be on the brink of failing considering it’s old, built in 2012. This is beyond deceitful. I’ve purchased refurbished products in the past, but the product was never older than one year. NEVER AGAIN!

From the revews, it looks like you could get a bad one. I got a good one and everything works as it should. Cheap working computer I`m a happy camper. If you get a bad one send it back and get another, stop whining people. Update: I have bought 3 of these computers and put them in different areas of the house and 1 in my camper, all work well and were clean with new parts ( keyboard-mouse- internet chip) there is no sense in buying an expensive computer with these around for this price point.

We’re having a horrible time with Microsoft’s Windows 11 software add-ons, which are trying to sell us security software, etc… with an unlimited series of pop-up screens that are virtually impossible to close or get-rid-of… Horrible ! ! ! …but NOT this vendor’s issue or fault.

Seems I got lucky and got one that works for most part. The description says powerful processor however I do find it to lag a bit for modern times lol. Not being computer savvy, I didn't know that you cannot upgrade the driver or anything of the sorts. an Intel "HD" PROCESSOR is built into the motherboard. The option to put in a different type of processor card in the unit is also not an option as the specific one needed is bigger than the case. So I bought an inexpensive computer to play SIMS Legacy on Steam and it wont load the game. Naively I thought an Intel HD 2500 CPU would be strong enough for the Steam requirement of HD 620 CPU. Turns out in computer world, hahaha, those numbers dont seem to measure power, just a specific part name. Which I considered, but assumed I could just update drivers if I were to need to but no, Im learning about computers fast. Lol

I do not usually write reviews but i had to share my review on this computer everything was packed very well had no problem setting it up. Everything working the speed is great the sound quality is great it looks like a brand new computer so far i have no complaints for what i paid for it.
