Only had this product for two days, but already I can tell that it's a much better product than MicroPal, Vision, and other similar products. Battery came fully charged and still have 3 full lights after 2 days of moderate use. It has a sleek rubber finish, it fits in the palm of your hand, there's no pressure on the connector while in your pocket. As of now, I'm sold on Cartisan. It's a great American product for the American working man. Because that's who Cartisan is and that's who they care about.

I was nervous to buy a product that hadn’t been on here long, but I am so glad I did. This little black box is amazing! Small, feels good in your hand, and easy to operate. Not to mention, it came fully charged! You definitely won’t be disappointed.

I had this delivered 2 days prior to a camping trip on the Guadalupe River, came fully charged, but I topped it off prior to leaving; 5 days later it still shows 2 of 3 bars of battery left. It also hits great, easy to use and very discreet! As I was sitting in my chair along the riverside, it went for an accidental swim, I let it dry for a few hours, and it was back to working like new.

Works better then I ever could’ve hoped for. I decided to spend a little more money this time and switch from the cheap pen vapes to a box. Loving it so far

You have to re-seat a rubber ring that goes on the cartridge so it doesn't wobble back and forth in the battery enclosure. It's annoying, everyone you change a cartridge you have to make sure you don't lose this little piece, or you're screwed.

OK, directions suck. A lot of import stuff is like that. Open up the box. Open ALL the parts, lay them out, and get familiar with them. There are a couple spacers, brass, colored, magnetic, 2 different lengths.. You must screw one of these onto your 510 cartridge first., Then insert into unit. The 510 alone does not screw into unit, but the magnetic adapter simply holds the 510 in place; Not really too tight, but I used one of the included rings to keep it secure. Have had it a month, and works fine.

Product looks and feels great.. compact and has a good draw. Like the 3 heat settings and strength of battery.
