what is the difference between the premium vs regular Hoosier Farm cheese?

Is this a non GMO product?

Scott, while numerous plants have been contaminated by Monsatano, there are still plenty that are not ruined and are, in fact, non-GMO. While cheese does come predominantly from cow's milk, the answer to whether or not this cheese is non-GMO would depend upon the diet of the cows used for the production of the cheese. If the cows are grazing upon fresh grass fields and hay, then the likelihood that the cheese is non-GMO is high ( and also have the proper ratio of omega 3 to omega 6/9's); however, if the diet of the cows is mostly grain, then that would raise a red flag as grain feed is typically riddled with GMO's (and the fat profile would be heavily skewed to the omega 6/9 side) unless the farmer spends extra for non-GMO grain feed.

How does this produc compare with the hoosier hill farm gourmet creamy cheese sauce mix that i have purchased in the past?

Our Gourmet Creamy Cheese Sauce contained a thickener (wheat flour) to make a thicker sauce by mixing with just liquid. Our Premium Cheddar Cheese does not contain a thickener. It does make a delicious sauce when mixed with milk and butter or even sour cream. Thank you!

How long with this last for long term storage?

Mine says best buy 2021 and I just bought it a few months ago. I don't think it would work well for long term storage-but I have kept similar products for quite awhile (2 yrs) and it was fine. And I keep it in the fridge.
