The product arrived on time, it’s nice and solid, being made of brass, is exactly the screw fit I wanted for my hosepipe, but it leaks like crazy at the on/off valve connection. The valve connecter wobbles around. I don’t know if it’s missing a washer or what? - but I'm getting drenched every time I raise it to water the hose to water my hanging baskets. There is an almost constant drip, but the water gushes out when I try to shut off the valve or remove the spray head. EDIT: since this review, I found another rubber washer that I added to the existing one and am happy to say that the connector no longer leaks from the on/off valve.

Really good solid items

Very nicely made, brass connector that replaces the standard plastic connectors generally supplied. The plastic ones do not last long in the garden, I’m expecting the metal ones to perform better

Easy to git, good quality, good for the money.

I brought these Brass solid connectors to replace my old plastic Hozelock ones which only last around a year before the weather degrades them beyond use. Unfortunately I have that more expensive Hozelock hose with those yellow 'anti-kink' lines that run down the sides of the hose. The clear plastic hose clamp rear inserts don't allow for this or any sort of latitude whatsoever so won't let the rear cap engage the screw thread (as you can see in the photos) and it wont squeeze between the hose and the brass cap to let the cap screw shut. Back to Hozelock then! Booooooo.....

They arrived today, unfortunately the rest of the order is yet to come to test them fully. As from the photos, the joint is very poorly made on the outside. But looks fine on the inside! For my use they will not be on a pressurised system. So I feel they will fulfill their purpose. The rest seems good quality. Theyre quite heavy, and seem to have good quality rubber gaskets. I will update if they fail. Also one of them has a metal rod inside it... presumably part of the assembly process. Which makes me question if any quality control is ever done on these.

Los conectores son fuertes, y resistentes al sol. Ojo porque la pieza de plástico de ajuste se queda un poco justa si la manguera es muy gruesa.
