Bluetooth Conference Speakerphone Wireless Microphone and Speaker for Mobile Phone and Computer, USB Office Speakerphone for Skype, Zoom

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it was smaller than I anticipated. I guess I could have read the description a little closer and would have known the size, but where is the fun in that? I travel to different customer sites for work, so it is actually a great size to put in my daily bag - although I may want to find a small case for this so it doesn't get beat up in my bag. Super convenient for webinars or conference calls where the speaker and microphone on the laptop just don't cut it. Connects to the computer or phone via Bluetooth, but typically use USB for the computer. Not because of the device, but because I just find Bluetooth on any computer to be touchy - just remember to press the 'Connect' button to turn off Bluetooth or the computer won't recognize it. Didn't even need drivers on Windows 10. Just showed up and took over as speaker and microphone. It's not designed to be hi-fi, but worked well with audio and VoIP apps on my iPhone XS Max - even some background music to add some noise to a quiet office. Same audio quality over USB on my laptop. Changing the volume would trigger the volume LED ring on the device, sort of nice. Made some calls on the laptop with Teams, Skype, all sounded great. Picked up my voice nice and clean even when I wasn't talking directly to it and people heard me fine. Even picked up my dog barking a few rooms away and gave me away that I was working from home! It is a major improvement over a headset or the echo I always get from using the built-in mic on a laptop. Does not support multi-link, so only one Bluetooth device at a time. Be nice to have multiple Bluetooth devices paired at the same time. USB-C opposed to micro-USB would have been nice, but not a huge issue. The buttons are flush to the device so you're not sure you are pressing anything until the LED changes or a voice response comes up. The speakerphone will read out a number when a call comes in, but it's REALLY slow - by the time the whole number would read out, any normal person would hang up. The voice is a fancy British accent if you like those sort of things. Manual is a small little pamphlet with small print, but was able to figure out most everything without referencing it. I mention this since it is sort of funny, the device is printed upside-down (at least to me) on the front of the box. When using I have power button towards the top, but on the box it is at the bottom. Just something silly that missed design review. I like it! Keep finding reasons to use it. Surprised I didn't buy something like this in the past. Picture is next to my iPhone XS Max.

they gave me a new device which seems to work perfectly without the issues I had earlier. Good for them to consider the review and react. thanks... Old : Sometimes, this device doesnt mute even though the display is red.. I had couple of incident that embarrassed me... and volume always start high even though system setting is low.. we have to adjust everytime. but once it is all set, device just works fine.

Great conference speaker. Sound quality is excellent. Easy to set up. Sleek looking. Seems the battery life lasts long. Perfect size for desk or conference table.

All of a sudden this speaker does not work anymore. I am not able to pair it on Bluetooth or even turn it on.

Positives: a) Its compactness and ease of controlling, Bluetooth connection. b) It came with a nice carrying pouch c) call attendees said the sound quality was good on the other end Some not so positive items: a) Volume, I had to max out the volume, it might be ok for a small room or group (2-5 people). b) not able to daisy-chain to other mics to cover a large room

After several months of use, the device became unresponsive. Since it has an internal battery, and no physical power or reset switch, I asked, in the product question area, how to reset it. The answer was to tap and hold the power and mute controls. (These are not physical switches.) Unfortunately, I had already tried that, but was unable to communicate it in the question because of the character limit imposed in the text entry block. I was able to reset the device by peeling off the rubber ring on the bottom of the unit, removing four small screws, prying the case open, and unplugging the battery. Works again. :)

We had a Sunday School class, and did a Zoom link for those that could not come. We set up the computer at a location where the video could include all those that were in person, but it meant it was distant from where most talking occurred, so it was hard to hear. Putting this speaker/microphone in the middle of the people solved the sound problem. Don’t know how long the battery lasts, we always use it for about 60 minutes and it does not run out of charge.

I just received this unit and started using it right away to enhance my work from home set up. Appearance: Out of the box, it looks nice and appears to be well built. When muted (more on this below), there is a red ring illuminated around the speaker. When your microphone is active, there is a green ring around the speaker. Button lights for bluetooth connectivity and power were also well illuminated. Connectivity: Connected immediately to my phone via bluetooth, but I had some trouble connecting via bluetooth to my computer. That said, I am using log in software on my work computer, so that might have had something to do that. I then connected the unit to my computer directly via USB and it worked. The speaker is able to field "calls" from the computer and your phone at the same time when your phone is connected. Issues: I had the unit on all day so I could use it whenever I needed to (i.e. impromptu meetings or a call on my cell phone to be answered via the speaker) and I noticed right away that when not actively on a call, the microphone would not stay muted. I would mute the microphone and it would revert to unmuted on its own within 10 seconds or so. That was a bit disconcerting. Then, later while on a call, the unit would unmute its own microphone every couple of minutes. It didn't happen as quickly as when I wasn't on a call, but it happened many times over the 60 minute call. I absolutely cannot have that happen. This issue is what caused me to return the item. Volume: This is something others mentioned. When turned all the way up, it was enough for me, but I couldn't really get it to a point where it was "way too loud". If you plan on using this in a noisy environment, or plan to have multiple people listening in to it, this may be a problem. Conclusion: I'm disappointed with the unmuting issue. Out of all the potential issues I expected when setting this up, (i.e. failing to pair; crackly speaker; etc.) I didn't expect that the unit would unmute itself. Unfortunately, I can't keep the unit because of this issue. Hope you all have better luck with it if you choose to purchase.

For an individual in a small room for work from home purposes, this speakerphone is great for its purpose and excellent for its price. The speaker is just loud enough for a small room though its clarity is not the best. The mic works excellently as I was able to hold a 40 minute conversation with no issues for the other party. Using the speakerphone there was no echo for the other party when the speaker and mic are used together (if a separate speaker is used, an echo is audible as the mic picks up the audio). It is liberating to be able to attend meetings without having to use a headset for prolonged periods. Definitely a worthwhile purchase for my use case. (Note: If your device has on board bluetooth, don't enroll the speakerphone on both the device and the external dongle. It gave me a lot of issues and I had to delete hidden devices from device manager in windows to get it working correctly again.)

Muy buen producto, excelente calidad por el precio pagas, no tiene mucha potencia de audio, pero con la que tiene es suficiente para una conferencia de 4 a 5 personas. Sí necesitas más potencia de audio, compra el modelo que le sigue hacia arriba, obviamente el precio es mayor. Pero este modelo te dejará satisfecho con su funcionamiento.

I buy this speaker for the remote education for my son, the microphone is sensitive, and the bluetooth works well and easily and fastly to connect , the output voice is clear, I think it is a good product, value the cost.

Using this as a boardroom microphone only, so can't comment on the speaker, but as a mic it is fantastic. Picks up boardroom of 8 with no issues. Setup could be a bit easier.
