This is the 3rd setI have bought.Grandchildren love the cracked black pepper &garlic with Bearded Butchers high heat cheddar cheese.I like the jalepeno with the Bearded Butchers Ghost Pepper cheese.I also love the wild game(with venison) flavor blend in the set with the other 2 flavor blends.And the Bearded Butchers high heat variety of cheeses are many kinds,but they do go very well with Hi Mountains summer sausage blends.

First time making venison sausage, I thought the process was pretty easy to follow and the flavor turned out awesome

fantastic results! Processed a nice buck this season
Seriously, fantastic results! Processed a nice buck this season, I couldn't be happier with results.. only thing different is I always run some celery, carrots, onion and a bit of fatty bacon through the grinder with venison. The end taste and importantly, texture it's like one of those holiday basket logs in texture but taste is awesome! The finished "log is 30"? By 4" thick though u can pack the tubes and do a midway twist and tie to get shorter logs out of each wrap. Use a meat thermometer (gotta get that internal temp right and as slowly as your oven will allow.
