I did not pay attention to what size I was getting and it was too big

The only cervical collar which provided even support around my neck, for when i sleep, because i have disc bulges with bone spurs pressing on them in nearly every vertebrae in my neck. (Some of the other cervical collars are hard, hurting under the chin. Some are really low in front and back, and way high on the super flexible sides, which was completely useless to me.) Now i don't get migraines very often, during sleep. I just fold a piece of soft cotton fabric over the collar to keep it clean and keep the velcro corners from scratching my neck. The corners of the velcro had to be clipped because they jutted over the soft foam. A friend ordered my first one after i sent him a pic of the neckbrace i made myself with soft foam, cut yoga mat and bungee cord. It actually worked very well. That is how bad my neck hurt, that i would make such a thing. They way i did it worked quite well but i am an artist used to creating things with my hands and do not recommend anyone try making one for safety reasons. My dad was an inventor so that factored in too. Now i use the Mueller neck collar exclusively. My neck thanks you, Mueller.

The removable cover was NOT included with the collar. I called about it, but have received nothing. That is a very necessary part of keeping the collar clean, and I would still like to have it.

Not comfortable

this was/is a life saver for my fibromyalgia. not only for good support, so convenient to slip a small ice/cold pack into this, even while sitting up.

After wearing it for only 20 minutes I could feel a much greater diffeence
