Hello, I had the same issue when I purchased,...no instructions, but  the seller did respond and sent me this;

Attached are a few example mixing blends/ratios for D-Limonene:
All Purpose Cleaner
15oz Tap Water
1-2 tbsp d-Limonene Food Grade
1 tsp Washing soda
1 tsp Borax

Instructions: In a clean glass or plastic spray bottle, add ingredients as listed above. Shake vigorously. Spray as required. Separation is natural.

Floor Cleaner
1-2 Gallons Warm Tap Water
1 tbsp d-Limonene Food Grade
1 tsp White Distilled Vinegar
2 tbsp Liquid Castile Soap

Instructions: In a clean mopping pail, add ingredients as listed above. Swish around with your mop. Separation is natural. Mop as usual.

All Purpose Orange Cleaner
15oz Tap Water
1-2 tbsp d-Limonene Food Grade

Instructions: In a clean glass or plastic spray bottle, add ingredients as listed above. Shake vigorously. Spray as required. Separation is natural.

All Purpose Heavy Duty Degreaser
12-14oz Tap Water
4-8 tbsp d-Limonene Food Grade

Streak Free Window Cleaner
15oz Tap Water
1 tsp d-Limonene Food Grade
1/2 tsp White Vinegar

Has anyone used this product for weed control?

Haven't used this particular brand but a few years ago I purchased D-limonene and have used it successfully for weed control. I mix a little dishwashing liquid with it as a surfactant. Sometimes a second application is necessary for particularly tough weeds but overall, it works pretty well. Sure beats toxic chemical defoliants.

Is it a disinfectant?

The CDC recommends this cleaner. I'm using it now and the smell is awesome.  This stuff gets things clean. I did test it out with a black light. No glowing area where I cleaned.

Can it be used to thin tung oil?

I have not used this product in that way but I did some research. I understand that this citrus solvent predominantly comprises limonene, a chemical extracted and purified from orange peels. I found that citrus solvent is recommended for use in thinning tung oil. Limonene is a hydrocarbon that is miscible with tung oil and has a small vapor pressure that allows it to evaporate after applying. I encourage you to search "tung oil citrus solvent" yourself. My understanding is that this product is a substitute for citrus solvent. I wish you much success.
