The shelves arrived in good packaging and they were easy to assemble. The wood has that 'nice, firm, REAL wood quality.' that can't be replicated. The instructions say two people should be used to build, but one person who knows how to handle a screwdriver and hold something in another hand should be good. Be aware of placement, when I first put it together the wood was upside down. There are also like 8 or 9 coffee hooks, not 4 like in the promotional picture.My comment in the headline about Measurements...it is a tall unit. Make sure you measure everything on the wall before purchasing. (to be honest, I think the top metal hoops could have been 1-2 inches shorter.)Great product, looks good and is what I wanted.

The Shelf was easy to assemble and install. I am not very handy but was able to put this up with ease. It does take two people to hang. Very sturdy on the wall and looks great

Not only is it exactly as described but the assembly instructions are easy to follow. I very much like the space between each shelf. There is enough space to be able to place fairly tall items on each shelf. I also like that if the hooks aren't useful you don't have to add them
