Really good quality helment! Had my child sized at a sporting goods store and then purchased through here. Price is better here on Amazon. The comfort, fit and appearance are all top notch features.

Good practice helmet
I’ve purchased these helmets in sizes small, medium, and large. They are a great option for youth players wanting extra practice while wearing a football helmet in the offseason. They’re not the top helmets available if they’ll be used in situations where forceful head contact/impact is possible. If you’re looking for better value than buying these new, the Used - Like New option still looked new and had tags on them. I’d recommend looking for that option when it’s available if you’re set on purchasing this style helmet. The air in these helmets can only be adjusted in the jaw pads on each side so it fits snug to the sides of the player’s face. The top of the helmet does not have an air adjustment option, the helmet is fitted as the labeled size. The standard white chin strap that comes with this helmet is useable. I upgraded to the Battle chin straps for better comfort and preferred look with this helmet. A guardian cap can also fit over these helmets in sizes small, medium, and large. I’ve attached pictures with the includes the original chin strap that comes with this helmet, the battle chin strap that’s not sold with it, and guardian cap that’s not sold with it. The helmet also has a stripe design I taped down the middle that is not included.

Perfect and not too bulky and heavy!! Great price for refurbished helmet. It fits perfect and it comfortable.

My son is 5 and all he wanted for Christmas was a real football helmet and uniform. This white helmet was perfect and easy to customize to his favorite team! This is a solid well made helmet at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it! My son LOVES it!

Birthday gift.
My grandson loved this helmet. He wanted a plain white one so he could place different stickers on it. But part of the side has come loose making it difficult to wear comfortably. He now has to contact Riddell to get a new replacement for the side of the helmet.
