Does it fit Dewalt 20 volt max trimmer

I use it on My Dewalt 20 volt grass trimmer. It fits but the strings are on top as opposed as on the bottom. But it still works well

I know it's the left-field question but can you attach the plastic blades on this head?

No.You have to use string line for this trimmer head.

does this work on electric trimmers?

It depends on the shaft size of your trimmer. I ended up giving this away because my trimmers shaft is 3/4". If your shaft is 1/2" I don't see why it wouldn't fit. It doesn't matter what powers it, gas or electricity. Check out the shaft size.

Installation was easy, went to trim just grass, no objects in the way, every line broke in 30 seconds. tried my own line, same result, is it a defect

DO NOT string with four lines, string with TWO of the proper size, you will have ZERO problems and you will not bog down the HP of your motor.
