Works far better than the original orange sheets. Food would stick like crazy to the old original orange silicone sheets, while using parchment paper was a far better option. PARCHMENT PAPER VS. THESE RE-USABLE SHEETS Parchment paper still works far better, allowing really wet food some air flow underneath, whereas these sheets offer very little to no airflow underneath food. Regardless, the time for dehydration is only slightly negated (in comparison to parchment paper) as once the food is flipped or is warped for allowing airflow underneath, complete dehydration is imminent from my experience using these sheets. (Might add 30-60 minutes at most, in comparison to parchment paper.) EASY CLEANING Very easy to clean, the sheets simple fold to the contours of the sink with ~2 inches of warm soapy water. Wipe with a wash cloth and rinse. Dry the sheets in the food dehydrator. TEFLON TOXICITY? Uh? Some have stated these are made from Teflon and not silicone, and I'd be surprised! They seem like silicone. As far as I have read about toxicity of Teflon, Teflon does not break done until 400-500F. Since dehydrators are tempered below 200F and my large Excalibur dehydrator is rated for less than 160F, I currently have little concern with the toxicity. I have though, forgone using Teflon coated saute pans for many decades, simply because I find the coatings degrade over 6-12 months.

I bought these sheets to make fruit leather after using another product that didn’t work very well. When using these to make the fruit leathers the product, once dried, peels right off the sheet. They are very easy to use. I ordered three. After I used them once I promptly ordered another package of three. Good product.

I love these sheets because they enable me to dehydrate stocks, juices, jellies, etc... To dehydrate liquids and prevent spillage, fold the corner into an upside down "V" then clip them together. This pulls up the sides creating a square bowl shape. Check out Youtube videos to see exact instructions on how to clip the corners.

Love my Excalibur dehydrator and love these sheets! Use them about everyday especially when drying tiny herbs and spices. I haven't tried fruit leather yet but it's on my list. After reading the reviews, I'm glad I paid a little more and bought the name brand. They don't stick at all and really clean up well and last.

Excalibur is the best! Don't waste your money on others just to pinch pennies cause you will have to end up buying again if you do. Just make sure you follow the cleaning directions & not leave in your dishwater. They work like a dream without items sticking to them. We use them a lot in our dehydrator!

A bit expensive, but a nice compliment to the Excalibur Dehydrator I use for my royal icing cookie decorating hobby. Using the liners makes it easier to move the cookies on and off the dehydrator shelves without inadvertently smudging your work.

Excellent reusable sheets for their dehydrator. I love the easy upkeep, that they fit the shelves perfectly, and that they can be washed and reused many times. I had the previous set for at least 2 yrs before needing to replace. Great product. Excellent service in regard to timing of its delivery, also.

I like these because of all the ones I tried, this is the only one that Apple leather does not stick.

Es de muy buena calidad, la verdad no se parece a ningún otro en el mercado, me gustó porque a mi parecer los que son de Silicón aunque tengan orificios conservan un poco de humedad y me pareció que se deshidratando más rápido con este producto.
