Coconut Crazy Joe, 12 oz Bag – Medium Roast Coffee

I purchased several Coconut flavored coffee brands and wanted to rank/describe them. I like my flavored coffee hot with International Delight Cold Stone sweet cream flavored creamer. I listed these in order I would prefer to drink them based on taste and then noted price comments per ounce of grounds. Christopher Bean Coffee Toasted Island Coconut – Hot this coffee is good and has the taste of a more robust darker roast. The Coconut flavor is mild and had no tart aftertaste when it’s hot with the creamer and at just $0.66 per ounce it is a good coffee and a very reasonable price for those who want to taste coffee in their cup. Dunkin' Donuts Coffee, Coconut Flavored – Hot with creamer it was a good Coconut flavor and tasted like a mild roast with no bitter aftertaste. It even made the kitchen smell wonderful while brewing. Cold and black had the tart aftertaste that was unpleasant. The real downside to this coffee is the price at $1.72 per ounce. Joe Knows Coffee Ground Coconut Crazy Joe – Hot it is a good light roast taste with a slight Coconut flavor. If you want a very mild coffee this one may work well for you. I enjoyed it though I like a little more robust coffee roast flavor and at just $.77 per ounce it is also a good buy. Royal Kona 10% Kona Coffee Blend, Toasted Coconut Flavor – This coffee seems to smell and taste more like it be be Kahlua flavored instead of Coconut and is OK tasting at best for a Coconut flavor. Mudslides are good, Kahlua Cheesecake isn’t and this is a taste in between. At $1.87 per ounce it is a bit underwhelming and there are better flavor and price options. Kauai Ground Coffee, Coconut Caramel Crunch – To me this coffee is just gross. Tart fruit type aftertaste and no Coconut flavor to be found. Nasty hot or cold, black or with creamer. I had to throw this out in the trash after one brew. At $0.70 per ounce it is cheap to try so you may want to see for yourselves.

This is one of my favorite coffee brands! I usually open it and then dump it into a mason jar and stick a coffee scoop in it. I have tried many of the flavors and this coconut crazy Joe is my favorite. It has a bit of a tropical feel smells wonderful. I like to use it for my pour over coffee. It's not bitter. It has lots of flavor, but subtle. The price is going up on coffee, but this is still a good bye.

Ordered this brand as I couldn’t find Starbucks Coconut Mocha version in stores or on-line (limited release flavor). I found this brand to be equal in flavor and slightly less bitter than SB. I’m enjoying it and will likely reorder, but wish it came in larger bag size.

Fresh coconut flavor. Priced right. Good value for the price.

I don't usually drink flavored coffee because I normally don't like it without cream and sugar and I drink my coffee black. When I do drink flavored coffee, I consider it like a desert. However, yesterday, for whatever reason, I had a craving for coconut flavored coffee and decided to buy this. I figured I'd just drink it for a sweet hot drink once in a while. I received it this afternoon and decided I had to try it, knowing I may get no sleep tonight. 😃 I was hoping I'd like it black but wasn't expecting to. OMG, it was delicious without cream and sugar. It has a nice, strong coconut flavor. Considering this, I will be able to drink it black in the mornings. I am so happy I purchased it and will definitely purchase it again.

This is absolutely the best Coconut Coffee in a bag. I've tried 5 different other ones searching for a good one and it's the best. No artificial flavor - just a smooth medium roast coconut flavor. I drink my flavored coffee black so I'm picky about the flavor being good and love this one. Going to re-order for sure.

A pleasant brew, but I don't sense much coconut after the first whiff from the bag. Flavor for me is a mild bright coffee with a natural-garden-something vegetal/nut taste and minimal coconut aroma or mouth experience. That said, it has freshness as opposed to I guess a big suntan lotion fake flavor.

I was hesitant to purchase this coffee because I've had some that were awful or the flavor just wasn't there. This brand SURPRISED ME!!! The flavor was AMAZING!!!! The aroma of this coffee told me this is the ONE!!! LOVED IT AND BOUGHT IT AGAIN!! I highly recommend this brand!!!
