Love using this product! Warms up quickly and with the addition of a neoprene sauna suit makes me lose water wright quickly!

HOTTTTT!!!!
I have it on right now as I am typing this review. First time usage.Listen if you can not tolerate burning I would not recommend this. Its like a heating pad is on you set the hottest temperature. I have a high tolerance for pain...it doesnt hurt it's just REALLY HOT!!! I also applied too much not knowing it would spread so easily. The heat started as soon as I pulled my shirt down. It has a peppermint like smell...bengay-ish.. I will update after a few days of use.

It was alright
The tickling feeling it says goes away. The first month was affective and eventually it doesn't give that menthol sensation.

Brings the heat once you apply...
Can see why took a star off since there is a lot of heat within minutes of applying. Used it for about a week so far along with decent diet and 45 minutes to an hour of exercise havenโt seen too much of a difference yet but will give it another week or 2 since it takes time to notice weight loss but does bring a smooth skin

Garbage
Dont buy. Its not gonna help you lose weight. It feels and smells like icy hot. It's not designed to use with during a workout. Instructions say to use in morning and before going to bed. Only slightly helpful ingredient in this I image is the caffeine. If you already bought it. If you are sensitive to caffeine don't use before going to bed. My husband tried and it felt like it was burning his skin he ran to wash it off.

Itโs a good product
You start to feel the heat from it within a few minutes. Works great with exercises and can see a difference if you apply it twice daily. Take a shower every morning and again at night before applying it.

You will really feel it.
I love this. At first I wanted to run into the shower and wash it off but then it started to cool down. I felt the heat and burn. Went to work and started feeling the heat again. I timed it. Started working at 4mins. Warm for 45 mins. Went to work and felt it for 4 hours. Mind you I'm a chef so the more movement the better. 2 thumbs up.

Possibly Allergic
I had high hopes given other peoples comments on this. I actually think I wound up with an allergic reaction. I used it with a waist trainer for about 15 -20 mins before my skin felt so ITCHY I had to take it off. And even after cleaning it off my skin is still very itchy and irritating. If i scratch anymore I may bleed...
