I have been using this product for more than a year in my other bathroom and I love the water quality coming out of this. Three flow mode is a good add-on, especially the sprinkle mode is good for those long showers and it saves a lot of water. Only thing I would request is to lower the price a bit, as I feel it’s a bit too pricey.

I was able to fix the shower head in a snap. The supplied instruction manual and accessories are helpful. Product quality is good and the water definitely feels soft. My only grouse is that it reduces the flow of water to a gentle shower even after I replaced the mesh washer with the other washer supplied. Nevertheless it is possible to have a comfortable shower and considering the benefits of better hair and no hard water stains in the bathroom, I can live with it. A better option would be to buy the main line filter to treat incoming water at source, but I'm not sure if that removes chlorine. Updating my review after moving to a new home: I was easily able to remove and reinstall the unit in my new home and now the water pressure is good because the tank is three storeys up. However, with the new cartridges I find it very difficult to open the unit and reverse the cartridge to flush it clean. Today it took two people wearing rubber gloves straining till they were about to drop dead to unscrew the unit and in the process it broke off from the shower arm! Water Science customer support was superb and immediately resolved the problem by telling me to reverse the washer and try to fix the shower head back on the arm, which worked! The product can be improved by giving it a tactile finish to get a good grip and open it for cleaning.

Mindblowing Product. Facing hair fall from so long, that left half of my hair of that has been before. After this product hair fall almost stopped. Scalp is healing. Worth spending on product when your area water is with high TDS.

Excellent product. I have used it just for 3 days till today and I can see the difference in the softness of my hair and on the skin. Hyderabad water is too salty. This shower is the best solution. I could easily install it myself in less than 2 minutes. They forgot to send Cartridge Life Time Indicator with the shower. I informed them as soon as I recd the consignment. Their response thru email, whatsapp and phone call was very very prompt and they have already despatched the Indicator. Excellent after-sales service. Your research and search stops here. Love it.

Good product and easy to install, however it’s not made in India

The merits of this product is that the installation is very straightforward. All you need is a spanner. The water flow is incredibly accurate, and the mist mode gives you a heavenly experience after the shower. The cartridge replacement is something I’ve not tested yet. Also, due to thin outlets, you can enjoy the hot water from your heater a little longer than usual. My hair is slightly less clunky than before, but it’s too early for me to judge. On the flip side of things, the spanner provided may not work for removing your old shower head and if you do not have an adjustable spanner, you may have to spend additional on plumber, like I did. That’s the only thing of concern. But since the install I've seen visible effects on my hair fall and skin allergies and it has worked wonders to curb them too. Definitely recommend buying it!!! In conclusion, it’s a fantastic product, easy to install and use, catridge replacement indicator works incredibly well, and it’s a bang for the buck
