This is a great little starter kit for any age really. Makes the perfect gift for the budding artist in your life. Great compact storage very functional.

I think this could have been a nice set. Several crayons were broken and missing when we opened the box. Some had fallen out of their spot and were in the back of the drawer, in pieces. Overall items were OK, but not the best quality. My daughter likes the set, wish it was packaged better so that it would have been a nicer gift upon opening. One person found this helpful

Love the wide range of colors and different coloring supplies in the kit. The kids have yet to use it, but with Twins, having the 2 easels on it is fantastic! They both have room to doodle away and enjoy the opportunity to enjoy more time together without arguing with one another and that's a big deal because they are constantly together. They loved opening it on their birthday.

Great deal. This is the MOST used item of all my daughter’s Christmas presents and it was a great deal! The drawing board that props up needs to be sturdier. It broke the first day she tried to draw on it. Wasn’t a big deal, she just uses a clipboard or the table. But for as much you get; this was a real steal for your young artist. Not high end, not super cheap, just right for our 8 year old!

My boyfriends niece is 9 and she LOVED this gift! The best part is the built in easel where she can prop her stuff up and go to town with her paintings, drawings, etc. I’d say the only downside is the actual container is really a cheap plastic (almost like the inside packaging to a toy). But hey, you get what you pay for right?? Overall, this was an amazing buy for a little girl who loves to express herself artistically! Very pleased.

This is great for my business drawing caricatures of unicorns. The wide variety of colors is essential for a budding unicorns artist, because unicorns like rainbow colors. I sit on the street corner, selling my unicorn caricature services for only 10 dollars per drawing. I hope the colors will last a long time. I have been sitting here a very long time, waiting for unicorns to pass by and buy a picture. I'm right next to a starbucks in a busy area, I don't understand why I don't get more business. Where are the unicorns? Where, I ask? Where? I was told this area was perfect for unicorn caricatures. Perhaps this is the wrong business model. Not a lot of mystical creatures floating around, it seems. And the ones who do pass by don't seem to have any money. Maybe I could do better going to that barber class my mom signed me up for. Do elves need haircuts?

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. We've had it a while and he's gotten a lot of use out of it. It comes with anything and everything a child would need to create a masterpiece! I know my son has made many! He loves the little mini easel in the middle. It makes him feel like a real artist. Everything works pretty well, especially for the price, the quality is pretty good. I will repurchase when he goes through this kit.

It was a great gift and my6 year old granddaughter takes it everywhere.
