Hey This bench press is Good and sturdy made of strong metal only the down side with this is the seat synthetic leather is very poor quality it can ripp after few times Training you might use a Towel top of that to last it for longer Otherwise this is a good bench worth the money. Mine came with no Damage as you can see in the pictures simple assembly and I used it straight away it's comfortable and sturdy. Easy foldable as well. If the company could put better Quality leather on the both seats that would be perfect then 13 Stars 🌟 Delivery was Very Quick orderd on the 19th of July and it arrived on the 23rd . The bench is very good. If assembled correctly, I don't see why this should not last a very long time. I'm mechanically minded, and don't see any major design flaws apart from the foot rest/holder. This is quite fragile, but it is a redundant feature. I actually took it off as it is not needed for anything. The cover is of course artificial, and this is my main concern. The threads were appearing on one side, which I had to cut. But, I think it will be ok. Overall, very good and I would definitely recommend it. You can do all the basic exercises with dumbbells which is perfect for me. Good adjustment. Safe. No issues. Didn't notice the bench moving or anything when exercising. I'm 6 ft tall, and the bench is fine for my hight.

Easy to adjust and use. It's sturdy and solid enough- not too heavy so can be moved about too. Nice design so looks good. Simple to put together - husband did it on his own in few minutes. Good size- all the family use it so it's suitable for teens and adults.

This bench is so versatile. I use it for a few different reasons in my garage gym I am putting together. Very good bench easy to put together and adjust .

Hard to give this product more or less than 3 out of 5. Good points are as follows - Great price, feels sturdy, good for incline bench work out, product looks good to. Bad points - have to assemble yourself, awkward and slightly dangerous to fold up, as you might trap your fingers when doing so! All of the screws didn't line up when putting together so had to miss 1 of them out! The seat is quite big which unfortunately means that I can't use the bench for any decline work out ie sit ups or decline bench press or flys. Which is a shame as that's why I bought it to be able to do different exercises as I already have a more basic flat bench. I am 5ft 7inchs tall and it is definitely meant for taller people. The gap between the seat and the back rest is far too big for me when set to decline and this makes it extremely uncomfortable when leaning back if I try and have my feet locked into the foot rest. If I don't use the foot rest I literally slide off the bench. Would be better suited to a very tall person say 6ft 6inch and over.

Installation took 20 minutes but was very easy. It's sturdy to use and comfortable to sit on.

Good quality bench, I wouldn’t recommend it for crazy heavy lifting but for starters it’s great.

Stabilità ottima,facile da montare materiali non della migliore qualità ma buoni, per avvitare la seduta ho dovuto combattere un po' per fare combaciare bullone e filetto ma per il resto un'ottima panca visto il prezzo. Per coloro che caricano molto ma molto !peso consiglio però di guardare qualcosa altro. Per me 5 stelle.

Pues he estado esperando un tiempo para probar distintos ejercicios y la verdad q el banco va muy bien. Aguanta mi peso de 85kg más mancuernas de 30kg en plano sin problemas. El inclinado y recto también es cómodo. El único q no recomiendo con cierto peso es el declinado ya q yo lo utilizo sin la sujeción de los pies y en declinado se hace casi obligatorio para estar seguro, lo veo demasiado declinado para usar con cierto peso. El pegado se hace en 5 segundos, tirar de los pasadores y doblar. Repetiría compra
