Love this new foam roller!
I got the VIBRA Vibrating Foam Roller last week and have been using it quite a bit every day. I train in Jiu-Jitsu so my arms, legs, back (my whole body, really!) is always aching. Plus I do some functional fitness in my home gym (garage). Two years ago I bought a regular foam roller from Epitomie Fitness and really liked it, but gave it to one of my teammates when he was training for competition. I was going to order the exact same one as, but saw that they now have a vibrating foam roller and couldn't pass up the chance to try it out. I am sooo glad that I did! The first thing I notice, when I took it out of the box, is the weight. Since it has a motor inside, it does weight a little bit more than your standard foam rollers. But it's only 3 lbs. It's a good size (5.5' x 12.75") and weight, that you can definitely carry this in your gym bag. I have my home gym, so that's where I'll by using it. Just like the previous foam roller I had bought from Epitomie Fitness, it's got large size numbs that really dig in to massage you! Add the vibrations and it's well worth the price! I didn't expect it to have such strong vibrations, but man, was I wrong. I tried all the setting and kept going back to the mid-level vibrations. Twice I even sat on my couch watching TV with the roller on the back of my neck at the lowest vibration setting. Felt great! As far as the features of the VIBRA, they are easy to use. You have an "ON/OFF" switch and one button to cycle through the vibration levels. There are 5 settings for the vibrations: 4 speeds levels and 1 marked "Rhythm" that cycles through all 4 in regular intervals. There are indicator lights that tell how much charge it has (25%, 50%, 75% 100%.) and a Micro USB slot to connect the charging cable. The cable itself is 3 ft long, which is a good length. (BTW, my VIBRA arrived fully charged.) The only experience that concerned me at first, was that I heard the canister make some creaking noises when I put my weight on it. I'm 170 lbs. So it WAS taking quite a bit of weight. Now you can tell that it's a quality product and it certainly help up. After each use I pulled back the red foam/rubber padding to examine the canister. It's a very tight fit so I couldn't pull it too far away. However I COULD see the edge of the plastic canister (where it's put together) and did not see any stress fractures at all. Over all, 8โm extremely happy with my purchase.

Nice product
I have been using this product for about a week now. I like this product for the most part. So after playing pickleball for about 3 hours i figured that this would work really well to loosen up and ease the muscles used in pickleball . As you can see from the pictures this product was used for my right arm, legs and back which tightens up from the constant play. Now that all being said, the vibration of this product is really nice. It can be set to various setting which is really nice, so if you are not so tight you don't need the vibrations so high. I really like that you can increase or lower the vibrations. This product feels really great on whatever area you are using it on. The pad itself does not give at all. So if you have used a regular roller there is some give to it. There is no give to this roller at all. So if you put it on the floor as you can see in the pictures there is no give but the vibrations feel really great. If you have ever sat in a chair that has the vibrating built into the chair it would feel like that. However, because there is no give it might be a little hard at first. I personally did not mind the firmness of this product because it felt really nice that there was no give to it and the vibration actually was pushed into the muscle which felt very nice. I did put the roller onto a chair and sat with that on my back. This felt nice as well but it was not really being pushed into the muscle to loosen it up. It takes awhile to charge up and you might have to totally deplete the charge and then re-charge it. But it does keep going for quite a bit. I used this for about 1/2 hour and had no issues. Again, the biggest issue that I would guess for folks would be that fact that there is no give to the roller. Now rolling it along your leg or arm or back does feel quite good and you could use it as just a roller too. Not sure why you would but you could. I think that this product is well worth the money because it really loosens up the various muscles. Additionally, you could put this roller onto a foam pad and it would provide some give as well if you wanted to have it not as hard on the various muscle groups. The company is really very good to deal with as well. If you have ANY questions regarding the product they respond really quickly to any questions. Lastly, I have used this product after a hard workout for arm, legs, back and chest and using the roller after each of those workouts loosen up the various muscle groups. I actually used the roller just rolling it along the various muscle groups so that i could put pressure where i felt i needed it more and that was very helpful as well. So in conclusion I would recommend this product and I was very happy with it.

Amazing product, it really works
I've been using foam rollers for quite some time for my legs and back, but it has been my first experience with a vibrating roller and I really wasn't expecting to be so impressed. It's definitely an upgrade from any regular roller and much more powerful then I was expecting. I also feel it has a very good battery autonomy, I can easily use it for a whole week 20 min a day without going out of batteries, honestly for the last 3 months I feel I only charged it 2 or 3 times. It does a great job on helping me to soothe and relax tired muscles and also alleviate and stretch my back whenever I feel pain. The vibrating set and options makes it easier to control the power and intensity desired according the necessity or even level of pain/discomfort you may be feeling, the strongest one is really powerful I feel it almost share my whole living room while I'm using it on the floor at this intensity.

No pain, No gain - Immediate Relief the Reward
I've had this a few weeks at this point. I'm getting back into shape and I'm using it for sore muscles and other recurring issues. Please note that the unit is pretty firm which is perfect for relieving my deep hip joint and lower back pain. It's relaxing to me, but you should know there's a little bit of pain to roll on and work out the kinks - not because of the device, but due to the fact that there's much less fatty tissue in the hip flexer and lower back regions of the body. The increased flexibility is almost immediate and the the mobility pain fades in a day if not sooner. Additionally, the device is cost efficient because chiropractors and massage therapists are expensive - seriously. This self care remedy is worth the money 10 fold (or more) - just my two cents.

The best massage roller!!!
Better than a massage! I've tried a few different rollers and have been disappointed. One had ridges that were too pointy and hurt more than helped, another was not as painful but I didn't feel I was getting any results or relief from it. This is the first one I've used that truly gives me therapeutic benefits. The vibrating helps massage and relieve your muscles. It works out the nodes and sore muscles. It has several settings as shown in the video, some of which are EXTREMELY powerful. The max setting on this thing is INTENSE. It's actually too strong for me on it's stronger settings but I can see how some people might like or need that. It comes with a USB charger and the battery lasts a long time. I plugged it in overnight and it was full in the morning. It seems to last a while because I haven't had to recharge it yet. There is a battery indicator which is helpful so you know how much charge is left. It's a very solid unit and feels like it will hold up well over time. Paying more for this vibrating unit is definitely worth it because you will get much more relief than by using a standard roller. Like I said this is the first one I've used where I was able to notice definite results Bonus: Cats LOVE it ๐!

Pliability training must have! One speed doesn't work consistently though
My husband and I recently read Tom Brady's book about his TB20 method and the crux of it is all about pliability training. Unless you have money to spend on a special trained human being to rub you regularly, he recommends getting vibrating foam rollers and spheres so you can do it yourself at home. Neither of us are actively competing athletes but we are weekend warriors who enjoy being active and weight training, and we're also nearing 40, so, staying loose is really important. I was starting to have a lot of pain in my hips and hip flexors as well as pain from an old rotator cuff injury, all of which tend to flare up the day after my weight training. Since I started using this vibrating foam roller (I was just using a regular foam roller before) I have noticed an INCREDIBLE difference in how I feel and my pain post workouts! Having used it regularly for months now, the pain is almost non-existent! It is my body's new best friend. The battery lasts long enough for me to work my entire body in one sitting if I want to (which is around half an hour) but on average I spend about 15 minutes with it and even that makes a huge difference. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because of the 4 different speed settings, the 2700 RPM only occasionally comes on. The only reason I didn't send it back is because I ALWAYS use the highest 3600 RPM setting and that one never fails to work (see video). That being said, I can't in good conscience give this more stars when it doesn't work as advertised, even if I do love it! Had I gotten a unit that worked on every single speed level, I would've given at least 4 if not 5 stars. The only other minor quibble I have with it that may not be enough to take off a full star is that the charging port is seated strangely, such that sometimes I have to angle the cable as I plug it in to get it to start charging. Other than those things, I really can't say enough good about it! It FAR exceeds the relief and pliability I was getting from my regular old foam roller. If you're on the fence, get the vibrating one and I promise you won't regret it! I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! And yes, I paid full price for it. Feel free to ask any questions!

Knowledge is key for road to improvement
Last week I started shopping online for a foam roller for the sole purpose of placing under my lower back for traction and stretching. I had no idea there were multiple purposes on various areas of the body (before and/or after a workout). I I've learned a great deal from your free videos with the purchase of my VIBRA Vibrating Foam Roller. I absolutely love the design and high quality of my roller. I'm glad I made the right choice in rollers on my first go-around. I received my VIBRA yesterday in the mail and charged it up. I worked on my IT bands and my full back. The relief from stiffness and discomfort was amazing and my back wasn't hurting this morning when I got up. I was most grateful for the video on improving posture. I badly needed the information. I'm a court reporter and my shoulders are always pulled forward all day typing on my shorthand machine; and then at night and on the weekends I'm on the computer typing up court transcripts; and I endure prolonged periods of time in a seated position. (I'm 58 years old today and have been in this career since age 35). No wonder my chiropractor and massage therapist are always digging into my lats, pecs, and IT bands! Now that I have my foam roller, I can do maintenance in between. My boss (the judge of the court) does 30-day exercise challenges with me. Right now she's training for a half-marathon and does not own a foam roller. I would like to bless her with your free, high density, regular foam roller ๐ I know this was more than a couple of sentences, but I really wanted to express my full appreciation of your product. It's life changing!

Rethinking the cost vs the benefit - This roller is the REAL deal!
My first reaction to Epitomie's new VIBRA roller didn't have anything to do with performance. The cost! I currently have four rollers (I gave away two this year). I also use a lacrosse ball for deep massage. Fast forward to my first test after biting the bullet and buying this new rig . . . wow. This roller, for me, is well worth the cost. Why? 1). It works so well as a muscle/nerve/joint warm-up before I do a run. The vibration stimulates my muscle must faster than a traditional roller. I can do 30 seconds on the viberating roller, while it would take 2-3 minutes on a traditional roller to get a similar benefit. 2) I have big hamstrings and my IT bands are tight most of the time. This roller works better than any roller I've found for tight hamstrings. This makes the VIBRA a really big advantage for me (worth the extra $$ investment). 3) What a great tool for uper back massage. My wife (118 lbs) is an ICU nurse and her upper back is constantly in knots. She loves using this roller for massage after a 10 hr shift at work. I use to the highest speed for my rolling. My wife uses the lowest. The unite also holds a charge for a long time. Yes, for me, this roller is worth the added cost. I like it even better than our daughter's collapsing roller (and it's really great). Anything negative? Not really. I would say I've tested a couple rollers that had better foam knobs but not significantly better. This is still the bomb!

Good product
Good morning. If you are asking me about the vibrating foam roller I have to say it is the best thing we purchased in last few years. Since we got it I'm using it every day to loosen up my legs muscles and my lower back and I feel really good. I hope that it will last us for a long time. Please keep up the good work and thank you for product like this. Best regards.

Great for aches and pains
The actual device has been great. The exercise manual was a piece of paper directing me to a website. There was no carry case. This is great if you feet are killing you after a long time on them! I have used it as a foam roller with vibration, and found it really useful for aches and pains. Do read the manufacturers instructions and follow their instructions to get the best out of the roller.

Works best on my feet
I can't seem to get it to work properly on other parts of my body, and I have watched the video several times. It does extremely well with reducing/eliminating my sore feet after sports, so I am totally happy with this as I use it at the same time as my Belmint Shiatsu Neck Shoulder Massager (which I can use on every part of my body including my feet!)
