First of all let me say Joy did it again with this one. Some series you just get tired of and want something new, but I love the way she took off with Aaliyah in this one while still letting us keep tabs on the real BOSS Precious. Aaliyah is sitting in jail while all her family and friends are trying to find out what really happened that night Justina was shot. A lot of things finally come out in the open and prison has turned Aaliyah into another person. Hopefully one day that Maya will finally get what she deserves. And Genesis is like the mediator in this book, everyone seems to come to him for his advice. Justina, Maya, and Chanal better watch out because Aaliyah and Precious are not the enemies that you want! I am still waiting on that Nico and Precious reunion (crosses fingers) and I have been through with Supreme ever since he slept with Maya. Supreme and Precious really disappointed me in this book, but when Precious falls she gets back up even harder! I read this book in one sitting and as usual it ended with a bang! Can't wait for the next installment, just wish it was a little longer. 5 stars all the way!

I started reading this series YEARS AGO. It took me several years to get part 7 and honestly it was worth the wait. For starters I had a huge gut feeling that maya was behind the connection of Peaches and Aaliyah something just didn’t sit right with me at all . Years ago i thought this was the last book but seeing that it’s only 7 of 11 i can’t wait to finish the whole collection. Patiently waiting for book 8 to arrive in the mail !

I'm thinking this episode was the best in the series so far. The characters just keep getting better and better, Aaliyah seems to be all her mother is and a little bit more.

With so much money and power backing her, will it be beneficial or just useless prestige? Will this rich princess shed her prison garb and have her tiara placed on her head once again? Her family always has drama...will the lying, cheating and deceit tear this kingdom down? When love is truly questioned, friendships put to the ultimate test, who can and will emerge victoriously? As Aaliyah has been forced to shed the baby girl glasses, can she stand in the shoes of The Last B!tch Standing...does Boss B!tch flow through her veins, or will the glare blind her as snakes seek her downfall? Boss B!tch is just as good as I thought it would be, the beginning very intense and intriguing. Deja has interwoven so many characters in the riveting tale that the swagalistic dynamics are almost lethally electric! Deja's skills continue to mesmerize the reader but I would like to see her spin more ugliness to the gift, the reads are too neatly packaged. I'd love to see her incorporate more street instead of soap opera fiction to her series. Editing needs improvement, and was distracting, but all in all a very pleasant and captivating read with another inconclusive ending. 3.88

As the other books in the series, I love it. Alliyah gets out of jail and becomes her own boss. She's determined to make her own money her way and without her family. She partners up with her cell mate from prison and runs the drug business. In the end her twisted bass aunt would be the one who tries to set her up to be killed. She comes to realize that she can't trust people she calls her friend's, cause owe girl was sure as hell gone let the brothers kill Alliyah and she was the one that set her up with the help of her physo aunt. Lucky the brothers found out that Peaches was the one behind the hit and she had to die by Alliyah's hands. Can't wait to read the next books in the series.

This book was a little short for my taste, but it was a little over 200 pages, I read it within 3 hours. In true Deja King fashion it leaves you wanting more, and thru out the book your trying to figure out what is going to happen next. I love this series.... I am a fan and can't wait to she releases more work. If you haven't read any of her books, your truly missing out. I suggest you read all her books not just this series because they are all interwined. Genius...

Just when we thought we've seen it all in the Bitch Serious (to the point of retire this series already), Deja King makes us fall in love with the spin off series. Aliyah is her mother's daughter but with the witt of Nico. Jail did a number on her and now the boss Bitch has been awakened in her. I'm so disappointed in Amir...If he loves Aliyah like he say's why is he still allowing Justina to lurk....I wouldn't be surprised seeing Justina team up with Mya cause their both hella crazy, manipulative, and want other peoples lives. Aliyah has two well connected father's why aren't their eyes and ear's on the streets and making sure Aliyah is safe. Everybody is so caught up in their own dilemmas they don't realize its one in the same. SMH ....Highly anticipating the next book! Justina & Mya take notes on how to be a Bad Ass Boss Bitch from Precious & Aliyah!!!!
