I was unfamiliar with NaturVet products before coming across these. I take similar supplements per the advice of my doctor, so why not try these for my dogs. The local Vet refused to sell any supplement without x-rays, an exam, and a blood test first. Strange, my doctor never made me do that, so I bought online. Before: On my 12 year old dog, he can still hike for many miles, but is really sore for many days afterwards. My 8 year old large dog (90 lbs) could suffer and whimper for weeks sometimes after a good hike. The other dogs were "normal" for their age. Two weeks after: The 12 year old recovers after a good hike in a day now. The 8 year old large dogs recovers within a day. The other dogs behaved like puppies again whether or not we hiked. One month later: The 12 year old is visibly better than the two week mark and is behaving like a bouncing excited puppy - I was shocked. The large dog was even better after the two week mark. The other dogs are still like puppies. All of them bounce, strut, prance, appear happier, are more active, can jump up on things better... You get the idea. I now feel ashamed I did not do this years ago for the dogs of my past. It could have changed their lives dramatically too I suppose. Too bad it doesn't stop the gray faces of my older dogs and prevent age related muscle loss. Maybe someday, somebody, can fix that too. Keep researching NaturVet.
