Can these be machine washed and reused

They’ll lose all the silver material and fall apart before they need to be washed

Are these the sterling brand that are made in Israel ?

They were very similar but not as nice as the Sterling's brand I've purchased in a local store. They are more flat and do not last as long. I did not purchase them again as I wasn't happy with them.
