Great quality and fit. I am not familiar with the horse riding world. The sizing guide was easy to follow. It fits great, comfortable to wear, light weight. Very happy with the helmet.

I was unsure on the sizing, but I went through almost all the reviews and decided to try a Medium. It seemed like most people who had the mediums worked out well, and I don’t have an abnormally large or small head lol! I wear approx. a size 7 in hat sizes. I was definitely prepared to return/replace for a smaller or larger size, but thankfully, the medium was PERFECT! I also tried to use the measurements as listed, but ultimately I just winged it!The dial-fit system is great for adjusting to get a snug fit, and I don’t have to use the flip-fold system either, so I can’t comment on how well that works or doesn’t. It’s just an all-around great fit! It’s comfortable, light-weight, and even though it’s the winter, it breathes well while riding. I’m hoping that during the summer months it’ll keep my head cool! This is my first riding helmet I’ve owned since I was a kid (no joke), and I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I bought my kids the Ovation helmets which are good as well, but I’ve heard the Troxels are pretty top-notch. You pay a little more for them but it’s well worth the little extra!Overall, extremely happy with this purchase!

Super comfortable, really well-ventilated. I've had COs for the better part of the last 10 years, but needed a quick replacement as my CO was too big after getting a haircut. Usually I wear my hair up under my helmet, but have recently decided that's not the safest way, and when I don't have long hair, it means my helmet is too big. Not willing to invest hundreds of dollars in a helmet I'm just wearing at home, I went for this one, and I'm really glad I did. Snug, secure, and comfortable. No complaints. I also really enjoy the very obvious breeze as it keeps my head much cooler than my CO ever did.The only somewhat weird thing is that the logo is a little off-center and maybe the helmet itself is a little crooked, or, it's possible my head is crooked, but for the price and the fit, I don't even care.

With it being a lighter weight than some of the others I was happy, however I found it was a little hotter than I like. It is easy to use and works decent for what it is worth, and holds up to being dropped.

I love the dial system on this helmet. It lets me adjust the helmet to my head perfectly for a snug fit. Same thing with the chin straps. Totally adjustable. It's very stylish and looks great on me. I'm not sure how durable it is since I just got it. It is very comfortable and lightweight. I also can't comment on the ventilation as it hasn't been hot enough outside yet to test it. But I'm extremely pleased with everything else and would highly recommend it.

This is my third Troxel helmet, the shape fits my head well, and this is a really good price for an everyday helmet. Need a bit of trial and error to get the liner fitting right but once that's sorted it's a super comfortable helmet to wear.

This was a great helmet. Purchased this for my wife so she could take lessons with our daughter for her birthday. It fit great and was very comfortable. After several weeks of using she was bucked of the horse and landed on her shoulder and head. Although it broke the internal snaps on the helmet she had no head injuries. I would suggest this helmet as it does it’s job.
