How do I contact support for assistance? The shower head itself is great but the wand is no longer working correctly after ~11 months and needs to be replaced. thank you!

Cartridge failed at year 3
Purchased 2 units in November 2020. Now see signs that one of the cartridges has failed and we are unable to contact the vendor/manufacturer for replacement parts. Does anyone know where we can get replacement parts?

Beware - It’s the waterfall head OR the sprayer
Beware - If you still intend to use your bathtub faucet, then this product only lets you do the waterfall head OR the sprayer. There is no mechanism that allows you to use the waterfall, sprayer, and tub faucet. I ended up reinstalling my old 2 in 1 head. Super disappointing

Not American sized fittings
When this was installed , we couldn't figure out why we couldn't stop the fittings from leaking. We contacted the seller and they promptly replaced with the correct parts for U.S. installation. Thanks so much for not holding up the project. Great Customer Service !!!
