Wonderful Simple, Light & Healthy Sweetner Alternative
This is not a sweetner that is meant to be like pouring a bag of sugar into your drink. It is a very nice light sweetner. It does make a difference & make my coffee taste a little sweeter. As a healthier alternative it does just as I would have thought! Itโs great as a liquid because it mixes in very nicely to drinks unlike sugar packets. The bottle is also very cute. Note that it needs to be refrigerated! If you want a super sugary sweetner, this is not it. This is a wonderful simple, light & healthy alternative!

It's a great alternative to other sugars
I purchased my first bottle a month ago and love it. I was surprised by how many people found it bitter or had an unpleasant after taste. I only use it for my coffee. I just tried a little from the bottle and it does have an unusual taste, but we are so used to regular sugar, it takes getting used to. I can sacrifice a different taste knowing it's zero sugar. I also use monk fruit and cycle them. You can't beat zero carbs or zero sugar. The unusual taste could be from the other ingredients used.

This is awful - very bad aftertaste. I wanted to like it but couldn't.
I wanted to like it so badly. I was so hopeful. I read all the comments on Amazon and Swoon's website and finally took the plunge and ordered a bottle. I even waited awhile to use it because in general I just add monkfruit to my coffee and anything I make but last week my inlaws were here for Thanksgiving and a few days later we had margaritas so I made my margarita with the swoon and it was just terrible. Awful. Such a horrible aftertaste. I am so sorry to the people that produce this for writing such a bad review but it really was awful. I know everyone's taste buds are different though so if you are reading this you might have a different perception. I will go back to making my own erithrytol simple syrup - even though I put xanthum gum in it, it still crystalizes but its much better than this and absolutely no aftertaste. My husband who does not do keto agreed this was awful and preferred my simple syrup.

Good flavor
I like this product, but it is expensive for my uses. I use it in my tea and enjoy it, but it is on the expensive side. If I used it in mixed drinks and was using it as a replacement for Simple Syrup or something like that it would be fine. But for my tea which I drink every day, it doesn't last long. The taste is sweet and doesn't really have an aftertaste, but it doesn't taste like sugar. So if you can tell the difference in other sweeteners, you will likely here too, but it is one of the best in my opinion. For my tea, I have tried concentrated monk fruit drops. These work just as well and cost less. If Swoon would make a more concentrated version, I would likely buy more. I don't need the inflated volume. But I don't think I am their target market. Bottom line: It is definitely worth trying. I like it, and I am picky with non sugar sweeteners. It gets the job done and the flavor is nice. If price is an issue, try some of the concentrated monk fruit drops (nothing else added).

Too little a bang for my bucks.
Because of the monk fruit I had bought several years ago at Aldis in powder form in individual packets that I liked it. I bought one bottle thinking it would last much longer than it did. It took at least a tablespoon to notice any sweetening at all. I knew pretty quickly I would not be buying it again because of how expensive it is. I noted no aftertaste. It did sweeten well when used in excess of what was advertised.

Tastes like REAL sugar
I was skeptical to try this but took the word of my friend whom happens to be a Dr. Boy was I impressed at how much it tastes like real sugar. But what impressed me the most was it didn't have that gritty aftertaste like other sugar subsitutes tend to have. I have used it in my coffee and tea so far but I plan on venturing out with a few receipes.

Great for Keto Cocktails!
For anyone on Keto or just avoiding sugar, this is a great replacement for anything calling for simple syrup. I've also use it to sweeten coffee. Its pretty sweet, so I suggest less, than more, until you reach the perfect balance.

Product is just okay, expiration is within 2 months and packaging came with rotten product on it
This tastes ok. I am not sure however whether it is supposed to be this cloudy, or whether there is supposed to be a big piece of hopefully the monkfruit floating in it. I was a bit concerned since the packaging it came in had sonething spilled on the inside of the bag it was in, and was rotten. It got all over rhe bottle and on the inside of the plastic packaging even though it was sealed. I was worried about using it, because I thought it had leaked and gone bad. Itis currently the end of june, and the expiration date is mid august. I am super unhappy that they sent me a rotting, stinky bottle that may or may not be spoiled already
