Excellent kitchen gadget
This is my 4th food processor and is far the best . This one is easy to use and wash clean etc Have had it over 5 weeks and its chopped carrots onions and potatatoes .Have sliced carrots as well. And bonus it grates cheese useing shredding / grating disc with fine disc so much more genteel here for cusine .There is a medium slicing / grating / shredding disc as well .No clutter here no blender unit and 101: other tools you will never use unless you bin etc . Only negative is spindle does not detach and is a little loose but thats norm for this unit read some google reviews here to confirm

LOVE MY CUISINEART FOOD PROCESSOR!
I absolutely love, love this Cuisineart food processor, one of my best buys. It makes all my food prep so much easier for me. Not too noisy, cuts so fine on the slicer blade and I got it for about £60. Comes with 4 attachments, one for thicker slice and shred and dough blade, and another for blending. I really love this, it has everything I need. The machine is slightly plastic, where the bowl fits on, the long stick in the middle, but I am careful with it. Overall I really like this. The quality is great, apart from the attachment stick to the bowl.

Ok
I had a magimix 3l food processor for many years. It was very expensive and to be honest a waste of space, it didn’t whisk egg whites or ‘cream’ cake batter anywhere near as well as the mixer I went onto to buy. It’s not a brand I would use again. It’s only advantage was replacement bowls etc could be purchased. In the end I gave it to my son. This Cuisinart is probably a third of the price of a small magimix, it does lack it’s heavy solidness which is worth bearing in mind if you are lifting it off a shelf or out of a cupboard, but not sure if the build quality is fantastic, the exterior is plastic. I didn’t notice any great movement when in use so hopefully it won’t leap off my counter top and I don’t think it was any noisier than the magimix. It takes up slightly less space than my magimix and the bowls are smaller, which is what I wanted. I found using the large bowl and chopping blade to make breadcrumbs a little under powered, so it took more than a quick blitz. I imagine pastry might be easier and not at risk of being overworked. The fine grating blade was however quick and produced a finer grate than the Magimix. There is no storage container for the grating/slicing discs or the two chopping blades just the flimsy plastic covers it was packed with and which you are told to use to store them in. The instructions were straight forward and they do warn you to be careful when handling the attachments. My thumb can confirm the blades are very, very sharp! It’s not a mini processor but if you want to make litres of soup I would suggest a liquidiser instead. It’s early days but overall I’m pleased and very glad to take advantage of Amazon’s interest free monthly instalment plan.

Easy to use and to clean
I’ve had this for a few months now, so glad I bought it, cuts (pun intended) down on prep time so much. All the attachments work very well, blades extremely sharp and works with harder veggies such as carrots and potatoes. Cheese grating is easy and FAST, perfect for hard Parmesan, Manchego etc. If you overload it the machine will move about, so make sure you put in just the right amount. No tiny nooks and crannies you can’t get to, so it’s easy to clean. I hand wash everything with a soft sponge.

Compact and easy to store
I use this in a professional kitchen setting. Handy for small quantities. I bought this a good while ago and it's still going strong. Great price and comes with a good selection of accessories.

Good service and good product
The Cuisinart Style Collection Easy Prep Pro is quiet, which is better than previously owned food processors. It is very effective slicing, grating and mixing - exactly what is required. It is well made, compact, light and sturdy.

A gap on the bowl, blade and machine
I bought this machine because it is compact enought to do processing food. However I recently used my food processor to prepare. Some of the mixture accidentally got into the gear compartment of the machine due to a unavoidable gap that is made unstable between the blade shaft and bowl center hole. I'm concerned that this could lead to spoilage or attract pests. Additionally, I noticed that the blade doesn’t seem sharp enough, which made the processing more difficult than expected.

Good processor
This is a good processor - the only disappointment is that the blades don't go low enough to liquidise small quantities that my wife needs to grind asian herbs and spices. It was bought to replace a Braun processor where the blades are lower and flatter which is on its last legs.
