Product does not work.
I returned the first ball I received as it was NOT magnetic and would not drop properly in my coin-operated table. I returned the ball and received in it's place another NON-magnetic ball. I know a magnetic ball works because mine was taken by someone.

it plays better than any house ball I've used so far
I've been using this ball for a few months now, it plays better than any house ball I've used so far. I can pull of a much stronger draw and better English with this cue ball than the standard house/bar cue ball. It's also super easy to clean with just a rag, soap and water, a little tip though, if you also bowl, use some bowling ball cleaner on it and not only will it clean it, but it will shine just like brand new.

awesome ball, but where is the case?
The ball was exactly what I was expecting, but I don't know why y'all claim to have a case with it because mine and other people's reviews I've read didn't have one either!

Doesn't Work!
I bought 2 of these "Magnetic" Que balls for my business pool tables and they are NOT magnetic. Now I have to wait for 2 more to be shipped out. Hopefully they will work! :(

I have Valley pool table, coin operated That needs a magnetic ball, unfortunately the ball Sent to me is NON magnetic or they send by mistake a regular cue ball Need to return it
