Awhile back, I began moving away from using paper napkins at the dinner table. We're home full time, whether working or not, and so it seemed like the responsible thing to do, use cloth instead of disposable paper products. I wasn't sure whether I'd be satisfied with the amount of extra laundry it would require, or whether they would be usable without ironing. I'm happy to say that I never iron the napkins, and since we can each use our own cloth napkin several times before we have to wash it, the laundry required is very reasonable. But the last ones I purchased are beginning to wear out, after several years of constant use, and they are no longer for sale, so I had to choose new ones. These are the ones I chose. The size of these things is luxurious; in fact, since I am not a large person, if they were any bigger, it would be a problem. (See my picture; the napkin almost covers the top of my clothes dryer!) They're big enough to use as a placemat (although they are square, not rectangular,) and sometimes if I am just having a sandwich for lunch, I'll use one in place of a plate. They're gorgeous, thick, and didn't shrink in the dryer. The wrinkling is minimal, and if you look at the corners (see picture,) they're beautifully crafted, too! Although I purchased these for daily use, I would be completely comfortable using them for a company dinner--although if it were something formal, I might go ahead and iron them. Highly recommended!

These napkins are nice and thick and a good size. You could easily use them as placemats if you needed some quick. They add a nice splash of color. The quality of these is very good. They do a great job of cleaning me up while I eat. The pattern is sewn, not printed, so it's not going to wear off until you wipe your mouth enough to actually wear a hole through it. Did I mention they are nice and thick? My new favorite napkins.

We've only used these a few times, but they've kept their color and stitching through several washings. The colors are vibrant and the napkins are very absorbent. I've just purchased more so large groups can have matching napkins. They kind of need ironing (because they're cotton) but I mostly just smooth them out and it works out okay.

Very sturdy, nice size, wash well.. they are great for everyday meals and I would think they are perfect for every type of casual use.

These are great napkins except for the size: they’re HUGE—a bit of an overkill for napkins, I think. And they’re pretty thick. 17” wou lmk s have been better. But the price is right, the colors are great, and they are made well. I think they will be around for a long time.

These napkins are great! I’ve had them for 6 years and they’ve held up well. The color hasn’t really faded with repeated washing, and the napkins are very absorbent. Would buy again!

The salsa coloured napkins are the best buy that I made for our family over Amazon. First of all, the colors, just make us happy; the salsa colours also camouflage any possible stains, until laundry day, and then the napkins wash up beautifully. The napkins are also very substantial and very well made. Also, we are saving so much money, because we are no longer using paper towels as “napkins” during our meals. I was so impressed with these napkins, I bought a set of these wonderful napkins for my best friend.

These are large napkins and extremely good value for money- they wash well with no colour drop @ 30c and even when tumbled, they come up fabulous with a steam iron but not that many creases anyway. Very pleased and look very colourful on a white tablecloth - would complement most table finishes. Recommended highly!

I ordered these colourful napkins to cheer up the table. I am so happily with them. They are very well made, good thick woven fabric and well-sewn with mitred corners — just as pictured and described in the ad. I would order items made by this company again. Very good quality and value for the money.
