DERMA E Ultra Hydrating Dewy Skin Serum – Moisturizing Facial Treatment with Anti-Aging Squalane, Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramides to Smooth and Replenish, 2 FL Oz

I originally purchased this from a local store and it runs almost $10 more there, so the Amazon price is great. As far as the product, since I've been using it a few months, I really love it. Most creams for under makeup or daytime use are too greasy/heavy but this is a lotion type serum, so it is very lightweight. That said, it soaks in pretty quickly and within a minute has a little tacky feel and a few minutes later is totally soaked up. Honestly, it's kind of a nice makeup primer with the initial tacky feel and as a bonus, if you want super sheer/lightweight makeup to do a little something or because you're in a rush, I definitely recommend just mixing in a little foundation and using it like a tinted moisturizer. It works wonderfully that way. Also, even though it's lightweight, the hyaluronic acid gives a ton of moisture/locks it in so especially right after a shower/washing your face, this product is great. If you don't have dry skin, even though they recommend following this with a moisturizer, you really don't *have* to. If you do follow with moisturizer as recommended, for daytime, a water based gel is a great 2nd step. I had a sample of the Bliss Drench & Quench which would work well, but I just got some Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel which is very similar and about half the price. It seems to be a good fit as I put it along with this serum on this morning and my face feels great still and it's after 6pm. This product is officially a go to for me & I'm glad it can be easily taken along for travel since it's a 2oz bottle and I don't "need" any other face products for a short trip if I'm packing light.

Great stuff! I have been using for years and glad to find it on Amazon with a deep discount. It keeps my skin looking healthy and have a nice glow. I always get complements on how my skin looks when wearing this stuff.

This Derma E moisturizer was a life saver back when I had hot flashes and couldn't stand anything heavy on my face. It is light yet very moisturizing. I have sensitive skin, and this is great; never irritating. It is never sticky and has a very pleasing fresh smell. I am very happy with the cost. I feel my skin is looking healthy because of it.

I'm 40 years old, and I've been looking for a good facial cream for a while now. I'm trying to avoid a pricey trip to a dermatologist or aesthetician's office, so I'm pretty much open to anything. My main concerns are fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes, and some patchy dry skin over the rest of my face and my neck. I tried several OTC products, the best of which seemed to be the Oil of Olay hydrating night cream. It worked well for me for a while, but I developed an allergy to it. I searched around Amazon last year and I came across this and thought I'd try it, based on the good reviews. OK, enough of the back story. The product arrived on time in a cardboard package, undamaged. The cream has a pleasant, light fragrance and a nice texture. After you apply it to your face and neck, fine lines and dry skin literally are smoothed away within a few minutes. It makes your skin feel and look smooth and soft, and there's no greasiness to it at all. You can then apply your makeup on top of it and go - I put it on in the morning and also use it as a night cream. One of the great things about this is - because it's not heavy - it doesn't cause me to break-out, like a lot of other creams do. It even makes your hands feel soft and smooth. The only downside is - after about 3-4 hrs, the benefits are gone, and the fine lines start to show again. If you have the luxury to re-apply this midday, I would highly recommend it. In other words, every day you will wake-up to your same fine lines and dry skin, and you're starting from scratch again. If only the effects of this were cumulative and permanent, it would be a miracle in a bottle! Final word on this - it's just a lotion. It works great for what it is able to deliver...it will make your skin feel and look soft and smooth for a short period of time. I hate to be harsh but I'm being honest here...you have to be realistic - it's a face cream, not Botox, so keep your expectations realistic and you won't be disappointed.

**Unsponsored review: This serum really does as it says and it’s so crucial for healing my damaged moisture barrier. I bought into the hype of vitamin c acid exfoliants and tretinoin cycling them every week. Little did I know that over time the gorgeous results turned my skin overly sensitive and dry! I even put spf daily. Lesson learned stay away from harsh exfoliants and keep your skincare routine simple. I am pairing this with oil cleansing, Thayers Hydrating Milky Toner Cerave Moisturizing Cream twice daily. Within a few days my skin is the most supple and glowy it’s ever been, even more than when I was in my early 20s. This is on top of being in the middle of a dry Midwestern winter. I also love that this product mirrors Korean ampoules which are typically gentler. It’s saving me so much money as I was about to resort to seeing a dermatologist and paying for hydro facials. This is one of my favorite serums. It has a lovely scent and gives my skin a radiant glow. My skin feels smoother, and the overall tone appears more even when I use it consistently. I am a fan of this brand. Most of their products are excellent, and they are not pricey.

Somehow the smell change. I prefer olden version.. otherwise they are hydrating especially when you pair with their hydrating cream ( smell weird too)
