01/05/2024; Nice loveseat style chair. I needed something small enough to fit into a small bedroom but also large enough without being bulky to be able to enjoy watching tv, take a seat and take off my shoes, or play games when I don’t want to lay down in bed. It arrived quickly and came with all necessary parts without damage. There’s an extra piece of all the hardware in case you lose one or need a replacement. I saw another review that said something about the instructions not being the best and to leave a certain step for last. It seems like the instructions got updated and it helped with a smooth installation. Finished in about half an hour with the help of someone. I really encourage you to have a second person help you because some parts become heavy and can get damaged if not held/lifted properly as you are installing/aligning the screws. It’s not heavy duty wood, so I only tightened the screws until I felt some resistance. Otherwise I feel like the wood could possibly crack. I had no issues of there not being predrilled holes. It comes with some brown caps to hide the screws once you finish. I completely disregarded them as they are difficult to fit them in. Other than that, the seat looks good and seems sturdy enough. Two people sat in it and it didn’t seem to wobble or make noise. Hopefully it’ll stand the test of time. It’s not the most cushiony, but at least it has some. Doesn’t take up a lot of space and it looks good!

First of all, it shipped super fast. I ordered Wednesday and had it by Saturday. The hardware bag opened in shipping so I had to chase washers down as they were sprinkled throughout the box. That was tedious but everything was there. All pilot holes were properly aligned making assembly easy. I would say it's a two person job to assemble. Could you do it alone? Sure, but it won't be pleasant. I am just so pleasantly surprised I wanted to be sure to review it. We are using it in our guest room so it won't be sat on daily. However, it is very comfortable and nice looking.

Solid and relatively comfortable. You won't want to spend the whole afternoon on it, but the wood structure and seat cushion are way better than I would have thought. Just sturdy. The back won't be very comfortable but, again, you are getting it for the price and it is an incredible value. Very happy with it.

I got this just before the pandemic. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3 simply because of the old "you get what you pay for" story. It certainly looks nice and it functions just fine, but because my job requires me to sit on a computer for most of the day the cushion wore out pretty quickly. I'll have to see if there's a way I can put in some sort of supports or something, but the size is exactly what I needed and the overall design is very nice for being such a low cost sofa/loveseat. I did have an issue with my order. After a bunch of back-and-forth with the company they eventually sent me a new one free of charge. So that was nice to get that kind of customer service. It's sturdy and looks exactly as pictured in the image.

We just bought 8 of these chairs for our office waiting room They are very comfortable and of first class quality. They are relatively easy to put together. The only problem I had assembling the chairs was with the 4 little oval nuts that fit into the front cross member. If they are not seated all the way due to debris or other obstruction they will not thread peoperly. Just tap them in place and they do fine. I left the two nuts holding the seat and back together very loose until I got the rest of the chair assembled. I found it easy to do the seat screws first and then the back screws. After all were tightened I tightened the two nuts that holds the back and seat together.

Including $50 postage and tax this loveseat cost well over $200. Turns out the pre-drilled holes don't align, making it impossible to assemble, even with a 2 hour effort. I finally tried to force the last screws into place while leaving the other screws half screwed in for leeway. Didn't work, ended up lacerating the faux leather around the screw holes in the process. I requested a refund, had to disassemble the whole thing, requiring even more time and effort. I then discovered the seller didn't cover return postage which came to $236. Of course, I can't afford that! So, now it looks like I'll have to take it to the county dump, while having to eat the $200 some odd purchase price, and 2-3 hours of wasted time and effort. Latest development: The seller has agreed to send me a new sofa! So, hopefully this ends up as a happy story. Will keep you posted, hopefully the pre-drilled holes line up properly this time. Final update: The pre-drilled holes all lined up properly on this one, and I got it properly assembled! I'm very grateful to the seller for helping me so well with the problem.

Awful. Buy a better one that will last. If you try to sit correctly, your butt will feel the wood piece in the back through the cushion, when new. I only weigh 170lbs. After a year or so the cushioning is worn out, after 2 years you'll start feeling the wood on the front and after 3 you feel the metal in the chair. I need to buy a new one now, and it would have been better to put the money I spent on this towards the new piece of furniture I have to buy now. Useful only as a bench for people to sit down on while taking off their shoes, but even then you're better off getting something made of wood and putting a cushion on it. The only good thing about this is it is light, so it will be easy to carry it to the trash.
