I use Otafuki products and outstanding. Flavor is authentic and also use in stir fry and tofu marinade

Great flavor has to be heated . no cold pour.
Great all around stir fry .I use with rice noodles & veggies - chicken. Can be a bit salty if the dish doesn't absorb it a little. I've used a bit , seems least acidic or not overly sweet sause .

It's a great sauce to cook with udon noodles. Can't find this size of a bottle in my area, only the smaller sizes.

Tastes like yakisoba sauce, not quite as good as recipe but way less time
I bought this sauce to shave some time off of making yakisoba for my family. It's definitely faster, and it keeps well in the fridge. It doesn't taste quite as good as the recipe I followed, BUT - most importantly - this sauce will keep in the fridge for months, and the recipe I followed said you shouldn't keep it any more than a week. And mixing up a batch of yakisoba sauce from 7-8 ingredients is a bit of a time sink. So, I like this and it has a place in my arsenal.
