Very nice item which stays firmly under my hallway runner. The runner is 2 by 12, It does not stick nor leave plastic marks like most pads do. It makes the runner softer to walk on barefoot. This is fabric not a thin sheet of shelf type plastic.

Purchased this under-pad because my wool carpet was sliding all over the place. After lots of research on material, this one seemed to be one of the best. It’s rubber on one side and felt on the other. It’s best to stay away from PUL as it is toxic in the home. Rubber and felt are much better materials for the home. The pad was easy to place and I was able to cut it to fit it to the carpets size. My carpet no longer moves around!

These are holding up way better than the rug that's on top of them! Protects my wooden floors, makes the rug on top not move around and be slippery. What I like best is that the rubber part on the bottom doesn't disintegrate and leave white "dust" particles all over like some other kinds have. These were easy to cut to size. Definitely recommend this.

Excellent! These do just the job! Hold in place perfectly so area rugs no longer move and feel SO cushy! This one was the 1/8 inch thick version and it’s perfect! I’m getting another 1/4 inch for a runner in the kitchen and it will be perfect for that as well. Nice felt and I love the nonslip backing. Very easy to put into place with just a bit of adjustment but lay perfectly flat after it comes out if the package and just sits. I let it sit out flat for 24 hours and it was perfect. Very sturdy and protects the floor perfectly while holding the rug snug. The color on these are the normal grey felt you’d expect. There was no smell and these are lovely. These make such a big difference lifting into a more luxurious feel underfoot.

I gave this 3 stars. It would have been 5 stars if not for this weird seam that runs along the length of the rug pad, not even in the middle but about 3/4 along the depth of the rug. It doesn’t matter for my rug because the seam is hidden by the rug pattern, but it’s a very weird flaw. I would have exchanged the rug pad if it wasn’t such a hassle. With that said, the rug pad is otherwise great! The thickness is perfect and the bottom is grippy but not sticky. It’s still solid and easy to maneuver around the floor and with the rug, so positioning is easy as it can be. I do recommend the product for those reasons!

Excellent non-slip rug pad! The padding itself is minimal as it's only 1/8th inch so if you're looking for comfort, I recommend getting something a little thicker.

I like this felt underpad as it gives the rug more texture. Because of its size, it has a seam. I followed the tip from another person’s review, and ironed the seam, before installing it under my rug. That works well, and no bump shows along where the two pieces are attached. I recommend this underpad for its quality and price.

I purchased this to go under a 5x7 area rug. It didn't have to be cut, it fit perfectly. There is the recommended 1" around all sides so the rug lays flat to prevent tripping. The bottom has rubber so the rug stays put and doesn't move around. I do wish I had bought the 1/4" thickness for added softness but this one is suitable for my needs. I have a 1'4" pad under another rug and there is a noticeable difference.

My area rug would slide around on the laminate floors every time my pup was playing. This has worked really well and keeps the rug 100% in place even when she's chasing a ball or having zoomies. It's not very cushy but works really well to prevent slipping with no damage to the floor. I got the 5x7 and there's no seam down the middle.

I ordered two of these underpads. 8x11 and 9x12. The actual product itself with the padding and nonslip attached is good, however it looks like they don't make it the typical 12 rolls.. The 8x11 underpad was two pieces sewn together 6 and 2feet wide x 11 causing a very notable hump in the carpet. The 9x12 was packaged as two completely separate items, not even sewn together. Returned both orders.
