What do you expect
A minor upgrade project to my kitchen had the refrigerator relocated and that resulted in a six inch gap between the fridge and the adjacent countertop. What a perfect place to store and hide my stock of pet food cans that we have been keeping out in the open on top of the fridge. But which one to buy, there must be a hundred similar styles of slim rolling carts. This one seemed to offer the most usable space and also came in at the lowest price. And no surprise it seems to be one of the top selling units. KEEP IT REALISTIC You have to keep your expectations reasonable and know it’s only going to be plastic but I was pleasantly surprised that not only is the polypropylene more substantial than expected but it has a small amount of flex to it rather than being brittle, it would be very difficult to break it. It’s up to you to look at the measurements before you order. Keeping in mind that this is not a perfect rectangle because of the way the plastic is molded here are the actual measurements - 21-1/2” front to back, 5” wide, 29-3/8” tall. WHAT TO EXPECT You shouldn’t expect to put a 20 pound container of detergent in this thing, that’s not what it’s designed for. For me it’s perfect to hold pet food cans so I’m sure it would be just as suitable for any canned foods, small boxes like cake mixes, household cleaners and sponges, etc. When not overloaded the plastic wheels roll smoothly on hard surfaces, and a big positive is that the entire wheel unit is preassembled and tested. Like most other slim carts like this the wheels only move forward and back, they don’t swivel, nor would you want them to, if they did it would be difficult to maneuver the cart into a narrow space. While this may not win any style awards it is functional and adequate for the average kitchen. CHOOSE IT OR NOT The compelling reason to make me choose this one was the price. It is a much higher quality than I expected for twenty bucks so I definitely recommend it.

Great product, frees up a LOT of space in my laundry room
This is absolutely marvelous! It fits beautifully between my washer and drier and looks great. It's also super functional and holds a surprising number of items. Other reviewers have noted that it doesn't hold super large detergent bottles; it wouldn't. It will hold only those items that fit the dimensions of the product. It's 5" wide, so it will NOT hold a 7" wide bottle of detergent. I've decided to keep using the smaller bottle I have and simply refiling it with the larger (and cheaper) size bottle. I suppose you could just always buy the smaller bottle, too, but I don't mind refilling it since I also refill hand soaps and other such things. It's surprisingly sturdy for a plastic item, and the wheels roll smoothly. It's easy to slide out if you need something on the lower shelves, and I love that the detergent, Spray and Wash, and fabric softener are right there on top so I don't have to pull it out every time I do laundry (which is often!). Well, I have them on top, the photo has them lower. You can place items wherever you like, though, because each shelf is just as sturdy as the next. Great product that I would definitely buy again. Just measure your space and understand that it won't hold items wider than it is.

Very handy, but has one con.
This is an excellent thing for organizing in small spaces. It'll hold a lot of items, but nothing like a gallon or anything, since those are wide. Before you buy, there are a few things to know first. 1. It rolls only in one direction. That may not be a problem if you're sliding it between a refrigerator and a wall/cabinet or a washing machine and a wall/dryer/something, but if you have it flat up against a wall and you want to roll it elsewhere, it may be a disaster because of #2. 2. It stands upright on its own and you can load it up and it still stands upright on its own. The only problem is any kind of movement. I don't mean putting stuff in it or taking it out. I mean pushing it or pulling it. It wants to fall over or the shelves want to come apart. It's rather flimsy. It really needs better support than it has. Rolling forward and backward (as in between things) is awkward but if it's flat against the wall, be prepared for it to fall over. I really recommend it for the in between things rather than against the wall. Also, I see that some are selling it as more expensive than it is worth. I got the 5.00 X 21.70 X 29.50 (which is actually 5 tiers, but not the 5 tier option above as of this writing) and I got them on a lightening deal for $16 each, which was a good price. Anything over $30 is definitely too expensive. It loses one star because it's a bit flimsy but it is still very useful and so long as you have support, it's a great thing to have so it gets 4 stars.

Fits perfectly between the washer and dryer!
This is great for small spaces where a little extra storage space is needed. It's easy to put together--no tools needed! The plastic is also sturdy. I thought it might shake as it is wheeled back and forth, but it is solid. Revised review, as of July 24, 2013: We have not experienced the issues other people have mentioned, such as cracked shelves and leaning/tipping, and I have purchased three of these! I first purchased a unit for my mother for Christmas 2012 and snapped it together with no problem, even though I was recovering from abdominal surgery I had less than a week prior. My mother and I both liked the storage unit so much that when I moved into a smaller apartment in March 2013 I purchased one for myself. I needed more storage space, so I purchased a second one and stacked them. I couldn't stack the bottom shelf from the second unit, due to the wheels, so I use it separately, in a bottom kitchen cabinet, for small items like sprinkles and other items for baking. It rolls in and out of the cabinet and I don't have to move everything around to find what I need at the back of the cabinet. Because my shelving unit is nearly twice as tall and, to get it in and out of the utility closet, I have to roll it over a piece of moulding between the two types of flooring, I put the heavier items on the bottom shelf so that it won't tip. I do agree that this item could be a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for, right? If it was cheaper, the materials with which it is made would probably be cheaper too, and not hold up as well. Happy organizing!

Exactly what I was looking for
We remodeled our kitchen and I opted for a lower storage cabinet with drawers instead of a dishwasher. This left a 6.5" space which was great for the stepladder and a few trays but looked messy. This little pantry fits perfectly in that little space. Now I can fit cereal boxes which are generally too tall for my cupboards, wine bottles and other stuff. I am delighted that it also holds the 18, 22 and 24 count boxes of Keurig K-cups perfectly which is great because they take up sooooo much room. Please note that the stuff on the top shelf will be visible because the way it is designed leaves approximately 6 inches of open space at the top. (Put the pretty things there!) The bottom shelf has the front and back trays with the sides the same height, both about 3 inches. The middle and top shelf have one side about 3 inches and the other about 1.5 inches. The bottom shelf has vents on both sides and the bottom while the upper 2 sheves have vents only on the bottom with solid sides. You could put it together with the bottom shelf on the top if you needed extra drawer space, which I considered for big kitchen tools and pot holders. The shelves and sides are interchangeable and the wheel sets will fit in any of the shelves. The unit goes together in about 2 minutes, no tools or screws - BONUS!!! It seems very sturdy too. I had it out of the box and filled in about 5 minutes. Now my coutnter tops are clear. Yay! One more thing, I didn't have a tape measure handy, so my measurements were eyeballed and approximate.

Great for tight spaces!
I bought this storage cart for my laundry room to put between the washer and sink. It is very small and I should have measured first and gotten a larger size, but this was my error, not the product. I put it together in about 5 minutes and never even looked at the instructions that came with it. Everything just snapped into place and all the pieces fit, unlike another brand I bought that kept falling apart. This seems to be sturdy and I have some heavy bottles on it too. One thing I noticed is that the wheels glide back to front and not side to side, but it's not a problem since this is so lightweight on its own, without any heavy items weighing it down. This is also easy to clean being plastic and not the wire mesh kind. I think the price is good and this could be used for things other than laundry, such as arts and crafts, supplies for the garage or kitchen, etc. A word of caution - measure the space before ordering - as nice as it is I would have preferred a larger cart for my needs but got rid of the box and packaging before I realized how small it is! For tight spaces this would be perfect!

Great for Very Light Items...
I really do like this little cabinet, and it fits right into the space for which I bought it. However, contrary to the picture on the web page, it will NOT bear the weight of the heavy items it is pictured as holding. It slows down the movement of the cabinet, and strains the stability of the cabinet which is necessarily not held together with screws and heavy-duty anchors: the plastic is too thin for that. It will, however, hold plenty of light items in its three shelves as long as you're not planning on using this cabinet as an organizer. I like it, but frankly, I'm searching for a more substantially built cabinet/organizer that is thin enough, and I've found several possibilities. I've had this one for a year, and it's served me well, but I DO want to put some of those heavier objects onto my cabinet and have something a bit more closed in. If you're stretched for money, this is a good buy, but if you can wait a bit, I'd save for a more solid slim cabinet which WILL hold the items pictured in the web page of this product. It's not a bad product; it just doesn't hold the heavy things that I wanted to put into it. Buy it, for certain, if you don't want to store heavy items in it because it's great for that and will serve you well, in addition to being a snap to put together.

is exactly what I needed
The product is exactly as described. The dimensions are just as advertised. It was very easy to put together. No instructions needed. Took me 10 min. It feels very sturdy and rolls well. I am using it in my pantry closet to put canned goods, plastic bottles and bags of snack foods on. I also put my potatoes on one of the shelves. I like that the shelves have holes in the bottom so air can circulate. Good for storing veggies. I also like that the sides of the shelves are high enough that my vegetables will not fall off. I am ordering another one of these tonight because I want to add more shelves. I love that the shelves are only 5 in deep and this sits against the wall but does not jut out into walk space.
