Ive had my mat 7 months but the grip has completed gone. Ive only cleaned it with water. Any suggestions how to grt the grip back please?

Try weak solution of lemon juice in water. Have you used moisturiser before practicing? Sometimes that can cause this

No it’s super grippy even with sweaty hands and feet! I’ve not done Hot Yoga on it thou.
