Will this dog bowl rust? Thank you!

We have had these for a year now with no rust at all. And we live in south Florida so everything rusts.

They are made out of some kind of light metal. With a rubber ring around the bottom so it won’t slip on the floor.

How many cups do the extra large bowls hold?
