I’ve been using Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein for years now, and it remains a staple in my kitchen. I first discovered it through a sample at Whole Foods, and I was immediately impressed by the clean ingredients and great flavor—especially for a plant-based protein powder. As a vegetarian, I’ve found it hard to find protein powders that are both high-quality and easy on the stomach. This one delivers. It blends beautifully into my morning smoothies and adds a nice texture without being gritty. The flavor is mild and pleasant, which also makes it perfect for baking—I’ve used it in muffins and pancakes without any odd aftertaste. What I also love is the ingredient list. It's real, organic nutrition I can trust. I rotate between a few flavors from Garden of Life, but this one (Vanilla) is probably my most-used. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, reliable plant-based protein powder. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking to add more plant protein to your diet, this is a solid go-to.

It’s my favorite protein powder for taste and a non chalky consistency. I drink it in my coffee but it can be mixed into smoothies or baking, as well.

Maybe it's healthy but the taste is chalky. Just tried this. I like that it gives you 22g of protein in one scoop. Definitely not too sweet, which is good.

9/10 Ingredients 9/10 taste - a light vanilla flavor, not super sweet, tastes natural. 0/10 texture/mixing/blending - omg, this stuff NEVER dissolves!! Definitely super gritty, I tried in a shaker bottle with water and it separates like water and oil, even after half hour of sitting after shaking. Tried in a smoothie via blender with almond milk, frozen organic berries, banana, handful of mixed greens...Nope! Everything else blended but the gritty mouth & throat feel from this stuff still dominated. Gonna give pancakes a shot, but looks like I'll be choking this down n trying to mix it in with other stuff to get rid of the grit. Tastes good, awesome Ingredients, but it doesn't dissolve and is very gritty. Won't be buying again unless i can figure out a good blending combination!

Was almost hesitant of buying this product due to the mixed reviews, but I’m glad i did. I mix the vanilla flavor protein powder with half a banana and four strawberries with ice and it tastes fine. Like my mom always said - “what’s good for you will never taste great”. Remember this product has no sugar/ added sugars- compared to others that do. When it comes to ingredients….THIS IS THE BEST I’VE FOUND!

My husband likes it, I can hardly stand it. Very thick and... just yuck. I'm sure it's very nutritious.

Great product. This is my preferred choice of protein. I have been using this for some time now and I do notice I recover much quicker from training when I take this. I love the ingredients in this product and as I am not a fan of animal based protein products this ticks all my boxes. The new formula is not grainy but it does froth up a bit more. I often just mix with water and its fine in texture and taste. I only wish it came in a bigger economy pack. As it doesn't have any artifical sweetners or added sugars you may not find it as sweet as some of those other products on the market but for me the content is more important so it doesn't bother me. Arguably the best vegan protein powder on the market. Only downside is serving's have reduced while price hasn't and sometimes it goes up too high in price to be economical. When that happens I have to buy sun warrior or bulk powders vegan protein, but garden of life plant based protein is my number 1 without a doubt

This raw protein is delicious. The texture is great. It mixes easily. I use the weider brand too. It is good, but not close to garden of life. Of course, better quality, higher price!! That's life! I received it quickly.
