A good price and lasts a very long time. It soaks in a lot so has to be reapplied but thats the way it should be. I use for all my wooden cutting boards. Works wonderful on my tortilla rolling board my husband made for me!

I just started using bamboo cutting boards. Food grade mineral oil is a must. I love this product. A little goes a long way. It is keeping my cutting boards like new!

This stuff is perfect. There is no need to waste money on small bottle of cutting board condition. Your best bet is to buy a gallon of this and a set of 12oz squeeze bottles. Almost all of your wood conditions are mineral oil. This is a clear, odorless oil that does a great job of conditioning cutting boards. I have a 36 inch Catskill cutting board and covered the entire surface with oil and let it sit overnight. The next day I wiped off the excess with a paper towel. The cutting board is slightly darker in color due to the oil saturating deeply into the grain and becoming "hydrated". However, there is no oily residue on the board. If you have wooden/bamboo cutting boards or cooking utensils, you're much better off buying a gallon of this rather than $10 for 8oz. Also, if you look up mineral oil, you will find it has dozens of uses. It's the main ingredient in baby oil, it can be used to lubricate small machinery, protects knives from rusting, is used with a whetstone to sharpen a blade and used to clean stainless steel. For the price, I would recommend grabbing a couple of gallons.

Very easy to use, it's just refined mineral oil so yeah, it's clear and low viscous. I've been treating all my neglected cutting boards, salad tongs, chopsticks, wooden utensils and wood handles spatulas with this, and it does the job wonderfully. Five star product with one ding for lousy packaging. It was bouncing around in a cardboard box with inadequate packaging, and it had opened by the time it arrived at my apartment. Luckily only a small amount had leaked, and the jug wasn't broken, oy the lid had loosened a bit. I'd "recommend to a friend" but the company should pack mineral oil properly. Luckily it was an easy clean up, THIS time! 😬
