I actually purchased 3 of these 'cool cushions' and they are fantastic. I keep one in the car so that I can feel cool and relaxed while travelling. It has made journeys so much more pleasant. As well as the cooling effect the cushion also helps cut inflammation and arthritic pain in hips and spine. I keep one one my seat in sitting room for same reason and I keep one on my pillow and, at last, I don't use 3 towels per night drying myself from sweating. They are soft and very comfortable at all times. I have recommended them to some of my friends.

Bought this as a friend's birthday and she loves it. It keeps her cool in this London heat. Good quality.

I bought this during the last heat wave. I put it in the fridge a couple of hours before I went to bed and then placed into my pillow case.It works really well, it makes such a difference to have a cool head and neck when trying to get to sleep on warm evenings. I was able to drift off to sleep much easier.I would say that it will not remain cool for 4 hours as claimed, I found 45M-1H15M realistically on a really warm night, but I'm not bothered as I just wanted something that would keep my head cool until I drifted off and that it does.Even without putting it in the fridge, it still dissipates heat really well and gives a nice cool pillow feel .

This is a good product and has been useful during the hot weather. It was not as 'cooling' as I had hoped, but I am glad I have purchased it.

Great simple product. Can put it inthe fridge if you want it very cold. Dog loves it when hot. I alreadybhave one and great for cooling down in bed.

Purchased to put inside a pillowcase, for hot flushes caused by medication (also useful for the menopause). The 'chill' lasts about 2 hours, plenty of time to get off to sleep. You can put it in the fridge to make it even colder.

This was pleasantly cool at first (even though it didn’t feel great as it’s very plasticky and slips about in the pillowcase). But after half an hour it had reached the temperature of my head and was just a nasty plastic thing making me feel even hotter. When I tried it again last night - hottest day of the year - it didn’t seem cool at all, even to start with. Waste of money.

Worth shelling out for. My head gets so hot. No idea why. Might be a new phase of the menopause. I have to have the window open at night now, even in these current freezing temperatures.Even so, I was forever turning the pillow over throughout the night because my head would wake me up feeling like it was being slow-cooked! Even new pillows didn't help.I lie my head directly on it and feel such relief.
