Good packaging and delivery - Neals Yard make wonderful products. One of my favorites.

Couldn’t give it a 5 bc every time I order several of the bottles are half empty. But I do love this product. I’ve ordered 6 bottles two separate times and each time half the bottles were loose and half empty.

This smells so good but the packaging was poor. It came in bubble wrap but the pump wasn’t secured and half the bottle leaked out! Very disappointed. Can I send this back - it’s a mess!

Truthfully, all I wanted was a nice blue glass bottleto go in the bathroom and I like bergamot so I thought I'd try this. Pretty good.

Love the smell of orange. Cheers you up every time you wash your hands!

Before using this product I had only been using a sulphate-based handwash. When I first started using this, I was disappointed. I was using it as if it were my regular hand wash. (That is, wet hands, apply hand wash, rub for a second or two (immediately producing copious amounts of lather), rinse, dry, done)). However, when I used this product in the same way, it did not lather at all, but left my hands feeling slightly greasy. I didn't like it and I was thinking of leaving a three star review, until I realised this is an oil-based product. The sulphates in the other hand washes produced immediate lather, but add nothing in the way of moisture back to the skin. (In fact, sulphates can strip moisture from the skin). Oil based washes are different. In order to produce lather, it is necessary to wet hands, apply hand wash, then rub vigorously for several seconds until the lather appears. This seems to "unlock" the washing element of the product. As you keep rubbing the lather will soon disappear. At that point the hand wash has done its job and the hands can be rinsed and dried as usual. When used like this, my hands feel moisturised but not greasy. It has made me realise that my hands always felt dry after using sulphate-based washes, but now the skin feels supple and nourished. I have realised that this is a completely different type of product to the ones I have been used to, and now I have adjusted my usage and expectations I am very pleased with this hand wash and would not return to using a sulphate-based product.

Brilliant neals yard product, good appearance, value for money, skin feels soft and helps with sensitive skin. No leakage and lovely fragrance.
