When you have a sudden drop in sugar level and have a hypo these are a life saver.I have had situations where it comes on without warning and your eyes start to blackout, you become so weak that moving is a real effort especially when your trying to find something fast to help before you collapse.Having found these I'm not so worried I keep these close by side,also in a small pot in my car to carry just incase.I find them to be very effective without literally spiking your blood sugar,but bringing you round fairly quickly.The taste is fairly pleasant they melt in the mouth so easy to swallow fast (once slightly chewed that is).price wise it's very reasonable depending on your use that is, but for me they are now part of my recovery action.I would recommend on my own experience and results using these.

Good value pack . Works fast for a hypo in diabetics . Always have pack handy .3/4 tabs works well if you have a hypo attack

They do work but I wish you could buy them in smaller quantities There are a lot especially when i have only opened one tube since buying them

Cheap enough when bought in bulk, lots of tubes to keep in pockets, handbags, etc, and you just know they're life savers!

I have found these fast acting glucose tablets to be excellent. The taste is great, they are easy to chew and swallow and most importantly they resolve my issues of low blood sugars very quickly.

They work exactly as required
