Just don't understand!!
I haven't be able to fit it on my hoop for embroidering. I can't get a tight enough fit without the hat puckering. Wish there were better instructions/videos demonstration.

Doesn't work for the advertised models.
This product was advertised as working on a brother PE770. When I received it, there were no instructions in the box on how to use it with my machine. According to the product info, the PE 770 was not even a machine that it worked with. I contacted the seller who promptly replied and told me that I had to clip it onto one of my other hoops. I couldn't seem to make it work, so I have recontacted the seller asking for instructions or pictures. Twice I have recontacted the seller and neither time have I received a reply. Don't buy this product OR from this seller unless you are really good at trying to "Jimmy Rig" things.

You have to use clothes pins or tape to help hold cap in place. It was a chore but I did it

I was very surprised to find this accessory for my new machine at such a great price. Will buy again, very pleased.

product does not work with brother pe770
product hits the body section of machine causing the machine to malfunction.needs to be be modified to avoid this broblem.the ring itself offers no function at all except to get in the way of the needle's foot, also causing the machine to malfunction.need better instructions sence the instructions say its for brother's pe100,pe200,pe7000,pe8500.needs better instructions on how to stabilize hat in machine.this product's only good quality is that it fits inside the 4x4 frame.

Not worth it!
First off the item arrived cracked. I was able to attempt a couple things but didn't work well at all! Like the others said the hat is free to move with not top hoop you have to pink ALOT and that's a pain! There has to be an easier way! Designs had to be place very high o the hat which doesn't look right when worn! Absolutely do not recommend! Also can not get a reply from company as to returning and getting a refund!
