Grass Fed Beef Intestines

I started taking ancestral products back in April when I was searching for a brain supplement on Amazon(is there another place to buy stuff online?) and “Beef Brain” popped up as a recommended product. I noticed that it had an impact on my mood and my focus right away ----- from there I’ve bought almost all the other products after reading the reviews. I almost want to keep the "intestines" a secret because they are truly the best supplement I've ever taken because of all the benefits I've experienced over the last 30 days. The greatest one is the way they make me physically feel which is why I really feel compelled to write a review at this point. Bryan is such an amazing owner w/ countless emails back and forth -- the least I can do is share how this supplement has helped me and changed my life. • INFLAMMATION --- in my body is GONE ------- after taking this for a few days the inflammation in my body is completely gone. I can literally go all day like I did in my mid 20’s and I’m still in disbelief about it. I never thought my body could go back in time and feel like that. • BETTER BOWEL MOVEMENTS/DIGESTION --- After 3 weeks of taking 2-4 capsules a day my bowel movements are getting better and better. These are "Making Pooping Great Again." I’ve taken several things in the past to help with digestion problems like apple cider vinegar, supplements that have pre-biotics/probiotics in them which have helped but nothing like these. The intestines have put my digestion on another planet, I would definitely say the longer you take them the better it gets. It also helps if you take the intestines with the colostrum and trachea. These 3 combined are awesome! • FEELING BLISS/BETTER MOOD – Take two of these in the morning and I’m feeling super happy. When they say your gut is your second brain they aren’t kidding. I can only relate this to my gut healing. Happy gut = happy life! • DEEP FOCUS --- the only way I can describe the deep state of focus this puts you in is like being in “Deep Ketosis” – it’s easy to intermittent fast when taking these because they take away your hunger • WAKING UP EARLIER/MORE ENERGY – I’ve been waking up earlier which I am not a morning person but I’ve been waking up earlier with more energy because these are putting me into a deeper REM sleep at night • DREAMS – I am not a dreamer, but I’ve been sleeping so deep at night that I’ve been having vivid dreams at night which is really strange for me because of my insomnia over the years I’ve never been able to get into a deep enough sleep to dream. • NO GAS – literally have not farted since taking this stuff. I even tested this by eating a whole can of chili one day and I still didn’t have gas…lol • NO HEARTBURN – I always struggled with acid reflux previously. I’ve taken things like apple cider vinegar which has really helped but I don’t have to take it anymore because my acid reflux is gone since I’ve been taking this. • NO BLOATING --- even when I’ve eaten healthy I feel like my stomach will bloat. This has taken my bloating away

As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. And for someone who has been eating a VERY strictly clean and moderated diet for 20 years (a greater part of that I was vegetarian because of my digestive response to meats), the options that conventional medicine have to offer, simply suggest that managing stress is the only "holistic" approach left I can take that doesn't include surgeries and synthetic hormones. If that isn’t stressful, I don’t know what is! And that was most definitely not an acceptable answer to myself so I have spent years exploring by trial and error…this eventually led me to Ancestral Supplements and the sincerely incredible human Brian, the owner, who simply put, has saved my LIFE! Here’s my journey back to a life worth living: My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore. Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. I definitely relied on sources of information that were being shared by the Paul Saladino's of the world, but continued to find myself stuck a bit when it came to a focus specifically on women's health and those conditions that afflict so many of us. After digging and digging, and finding a lot of great reviews of Ancestral Supplements, I was intrigued to keep digging into all of the various options - the most extensive when it comes to desiccated organ supplements. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal. Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. I have been diagnosed in the past with PMDD which was very severe when I came off of birth control, although really no better while on it. The "cocktail" of supplements has completely saved my life. When my mental health improved, so did my energy levels. As an always energetic and physically active person, it has been difficult to go through long, extended bouts of no energy - it kills your spirit. But I have found it again, and so quickly. Sustaining through an entire day was not something I could do without pain and exhaustion hitting me and knocking me out by nightfall. Now, I am in control of my energy, my sleep is deliberate and my physical activity is coming back (without the negative effects that endo had prior - I would lose feeling in my legs due to endo flare ups on my nervous system). And while all of these changes sound miraculous, and they really are from where I was in my state of depressed desperation, I still absolutely suffer debilitating pain more frequently than anyone should so I am anxiously anticipating the opportunity to try Ancestral Supplements FEMM!, the only product on the market specifically targeting female reproductive organs with the quality assurance that Ancestral Supplements offers. And while all of these benefits have been overwhelming encouraging to me, it is perhaps my hair that gets the most comments…over the last several months, my hair has been obscenely shiny. I don't use hair products aside from a little shampoo and conditioner. I'm one of those folks that doesn't allow heavy metals, silicones, etc into my products so the stuff I am using is legit straight from nature (I make my own sunscreen if that tells you anything LOL) and yet, in its completely natural state, never died, never treated, my hair is so soft, so shiny, so long, so healthy, and that is honestly where I am getting asked most about my routine - and so I share that it is all about the ancestral supplements! It's been a week so far on the supplements, and I am impressed. Not much impresses me. On the first day taking them, I was very optimistic which was a great foundation mentally to start with. I don't pay tribute to "magic pills" yet I am intrigued with what this is all about to help aid our physical bodies and mind in the right direction and environment. It's actual food supplementing processed in a very specific way. Very different than conventional "vitamins" which my body seems to refuse to absorb. On day two, I went to a local owned grocery and my vision became blurry and I became faint. Hit me out of nowhere. I looked ahead of me and there was this small refrigerator with those glass doors. One bottle stood out in perfect vision. My mouth began salivating and I did not even know what it was as I being too far away to read it. I walked over and pulled it out. Was a bottle of grass fed organic Keifer. I've never had it, never noticed it before. When I got to my pick up truck, I opened it up and just started drinking it instinctively. Wasn't even ten seconds and I was in a bliss state of mind. My mind was clear, stomach happy (only way to describe it) and I sat there wondering what just happened smiling. It's been a long time since my gut has been happy. So far, my body has begun to become stronger. I can feel it in my muscles and tendons. My right hip has stopped popping out of place, and my left very little. My knees were locking up and out, and that has stopped with minimal cracking already. My lower spine that I have been suffering with has eased and relaxed. It feels like my bones are healing within, muscles and tendons becoming stronger, and it's only been a week. I am able to do my home physical therapy with much more strength. My stomach does flare up a bit, but nothing as it's been as I'm changing over to a more carnivore diet and foregoing starches and sugar. I have almost no cravings for them which is making this transition feel quite natural. I've thoroughly gone through your site and blog, and implemented the hot/cold shower in the morning as suggested. Whoa! Not only does it have a very positive physical response, but mentally disciplining and empowering also. It also brought back fun memories as a child jumping in lakes that are cold in Alaska during summer and laughing having fun. As kids we didn't care, just wanted to be in the water. That part of me came back to life. Thank you for what you and this company are doing. I finally know that I am in the perfect direction regarding physical health to get back to nature and our roots. It's only been a week, and tears of happiness stream down my face just writing this. I can vison myself getting back to the strong physical woman that I use to be, and care for my children better carrying the weight of the physical labor with my spouse that living in Alaska demands to get things done.

I have battled life long gut issues but 1.5 years ago, my gut health went south quickly. I had what Drs thought was Crohns but turns out to be a more rare form of Celiac Disease. I started taking ancestral supplements in July of 2018 and immediately noticed a difference. I then focused on gut healing, sealing and detoxing. Once I got through that I started to add in more ancestral supplements. I got almost all of them except prostate (im a female) and the brain. I was waiting g on these to be released or restocked and finally got my hands on them last month. I noticed within 3 days that my digestive health went up a notch and my gut issues significantly decreased upon taking these. My gut had significantly healed by the time I got these but there was a noticeable difference once these came into the picture. I'm more calm, relaxed, my gut is more relaxed, digestion improved. No more gut pain, and if I'm accidently glistened, my symptoms are not as severe as they used to be. I can eat out now (grain free) and not get sick. I couldnt even eat out because my cross reactivity reaction was so severely sensitive that it would put me out for weeks if I ate out of the house. It was really depressing and taxing. My diet has been able to expand and my energy is great. I used to only feel this way when I water fasted (Euphoric and full of energy). Now I feel like I've never felt in my life. Like a normal healthy person with lots of energy and able to contribute to society instead of constantly being sick and in bed reacting to foods or having gut pain. I'm truly thankful and truly believe in these. And it's not placebo. I've taken many supplements over the past 2 years and nothing, I mean nothing has worked like these supplements. I. A teue believer in like supports like, easy digestibility of these supplements and bioavailability, eating nose to tail, eating ancestral like and seasonal. I believe our bodies were meant to thrive on full dense nutrition and not cherry picked nutrition. I'm super happy with these supplements. With their purity, because my body is so sensitive that I can tell when supplements are not "clean" of impurities. These are truly great for those with autoimmune issues and those with sensitive bodies. Our family is celiac and we are sensitive to so many other things. We started with kidney and thymus. I saw a review on their website stating intestines helped her daughter not losing weight. My daughter has the same issue. This also prevented her from getting constipated.. Each of us only needs 1 a day. Also prevents hwr from getting anxiety cause from gut issues. Definitely a staple in our home. No matter what we take from them our hair and nails grow like crazy.

This supplement is very helpful if you are suffering with lower GI issues, such as an enflamed colon. It tricks your digestive track to go after what's in the supplement and gives you relief. Best to take before eating and limit vegetables while taking it (i.e., reduce fiber intake for a while). I take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening, and I include a bile salt supplement recommended by Dr. Berg (check on-line). This product has been very beneficial - I started using it about a month ago and no side effects. It's a little spendy, but it's giving me relief and therefore worth the value. Costs are going up just like everything else.

Where to start? I'm not wanting to write a book, but I may have to! Like many of you who've written reviews, I have been miserable with so many chronic conditions on top of genetic illnesses, that my life was a true burden. No joy - ever - even though I have plenty for which to be joyful! I am a very small, 64-y.o. woman, who only last month defined herself by her illnesses (Coeliac/Sprue, Asthma/severe allergies (to "everything"), Hashimotos, IBS, etc...), followed by a long, long list of ailments: extreme muscle weakness, horrible digestion, total exhaustion (crawling instead of walking), total brain fog, NO restful sleep - ever, no memory, LOTS of pain, and on and on (and on!) that horrible list went. Well! I started on the Thymus right after Christmas, gifted by my daughter. WOW. On day 3, I *bounded* out of bed, chirping merry. I haven't done that since teenage years, maybe? The return of real, lasting energy has been very steady. Today, I did something I've been unable to do for 15 years: I MOPPED THE KITCHEN FLOOR *and* scrubbed bits of it on my hands and knees! Yes! AND, I swept the rug under the dining table *after* cleaning the vacuum and replacing filters, I emptied the dishwasher and refilled it, I scrubbed the crap out of 3 truly filthy footstools, then *stood* on my feet to do some hand-spinning (yarn), using one of my spindles! I didn't want to use a wheel as I felt well enough to actually *stand*. WOW! I haven't spun yarn in a good 4 or 5 years. I've just been too sick. Oh - and I emptied some trash! I've also returned to cooking meals! Whoot! I made more steps today than I could have ever believed possible just 3 weeks ago. I am now taking other supplements besides the amazing Thymus (immune system REPAIR and recovery): Brain, (no more brain fog AND my memory has improved dramatically); Bone Marrow (long-lasting energy/strength, better sleep, no more naps!); Tallow and Intestines (MUCH improved digestion!); Lung (I have only used my nebulizer ONCE since taking that; Beef Organs (for overall "feel goods"). LOL Oh, yes - my hair is growing back in, too! YAY for me! I will be adding even more, like the fish eggs, eyes (when they are restocked), FEMM when it's available, and probably more. Yes, it can take "forever" to take that many pills all at once, but you know what? I have the time - I TAKE the time - because I want so badly to feel human again. Keep in mind, that once you're where you'd like to be in terms of health, you DON'T have to take all of these every day! They can be rotated through the week, and you can take extra of something if you know you're going to spend a lot of energy that day. I use several Ancestral products. Working now to raise iron so Spleen and Liver. Taking Organs and Heart. Reading reviews decided to try Intestines. Since making some diet changes to gluten and dairy free, more fruits and veggies, green drinks, protein powders and smoothies, celery juice. All sounds good. But something was messing with my stomach. Used to have to take fiber to "go". Suddenly, the last 6 months, I "go" more than I want to go. Sometimes need to go now. This has never been me. But I am getting healthier this way. Working on some issues with thyroid, cortisol and viruses (EBV, Lyme etc). So a really rough year. Stomach a bit more "touchy". Have always taken a good probiotic AM and PM. Still stomach has been off. And anxiety has been higher. Attributed to cortisol - thyroid was crazy for a few months which would throw off adrenals. That's what I thought. Read all the reviews of people saying they felt "calm" and "less anxious" after taking Intestines. Didn't make much sense to me really. But my stomach has not felt like my stomach for most of a year. And I haven't felt like myself for most of a year either - not normally anxious. But lately, very anxious, for no real reason. So I ordered the Intestines. I only introduce one new thing at a time, so I was waiting. Have been working up Liver and Spleen to raise my iron levels. But the last few days my stomach was terrible - gassy, bloated, forceful if you understand my meaning. Diet not changed. Anxiety creeping up but no reason to be stressed. Just felt stressed. Yesterday was a particularly bad day - long drive to work, had to work late. All things periodically required for my job. But felt frazzled all day, stomach was off all day. Got home frazzled, wrung out. Just had been high strung all day. And bloated still. So I took 1 capsule of Intestines. Made some tea to relax a little before bed. And relax I did. The anxiety melted a way. The gassy feeling stopped. I felt almost "good" right before bed. It's been such a bad year and I have over-analyzed every twinge. But I remember thinking I just feel pretty good. And this is less than 2 hours after I felt stressed to the max on the drive home. Made no sense, but I felt good. Today - wow. Felt good all day. No stressy feeling at all. No gassy feeling at all. No bloating at all. Stomach feels "quiet". Obviously I took another Intestines tonight. Would I have said a few days ago or few months ago I had any stomach issues? Never. I have taken probiotics daily for years. My stomach has never felt this relaxed/settled. Ever. This is crazy how just 1 single capsule can make a change. So I will continue with the Intestines - added to Liver, Spleen, Heart, Organs. Will be adding Thymus soon - but I just make one change at a time so I can see what the benefits are. I am shocked - but in a great way. Thanks so much Brian for all you do. I have emailed you many times and always gotten a prompt and thoughtful reply. I have felt good things from the other supplements I am taking. But I can truly say I never felt the dramatic change I noticed in 24 hours with just 1 capsule of this product. I am going to stock up since some reviews mention it being unavailable for a period of time. Who knew how much I needed this product?
