Morton Lite Salt, 11 Ounce Canister (Pack of 12)

Using it for electrolytes instead of products like powerade or pedialyte or power electrolyte mixes, which I used to spend a lot of money on. Comparitively, this is cheap as hell, literally exactly what you need for hydration, mixes great, and— you get to choose your own flavors lol. For instance, sometimes I add a lemonade mix. On its own in water, this product tastes subtle and warm with less bite than salt alone, a nice mineral flavor.The little jars are thick cardboard with a wedged on soft plastic lid, using a rotating top to open and close, with both shaker and pour openings. It’s a little fiddly, so if you have dexterity limitations, you may want to transfer to you own shakers. But otherwise I find the size, shape, and weight to be very practical.I haven’t tried it for cooking.

I have high blood pressure. This is the perfect thing for salads. If you cook with no salt, Mrs dash, ect the food tastes good. But on top of food that's not cooked not so much.

I add a pinch of this sodium/potassium salt to my water bottles to make it an “electrolyte drink” - it works! Great way to get potassium if you’re not into bananas haha

Tastes pretty much like normal salt but much better for you. It is important to keep potassium and sodium in correct balance. This product is expensive and should be subsidized by the government in interests of public health.
