Knives are super sharp, but only cut meats and fruits and veggies. Avoid bones and hard surfaces. They don’t last forever, use the tomato test. If the knife doesn’t pierce the skin real easy toss and buy knew. I highly recommend.

These knifes cut very well, and stay sharp, They are used frequently and have lasted well, We have then for several months now, and keep being happy with them. Never bend ceramic knives, just cut with them!

On my first set received one of the knife blades broke after a few uses. I put in a return claim an a day later received a replacement. The second set - I put through the paces, cutting onions, celery, peppers. And so far they are both holding up. They are very sharp and easy to handle.

We have an outdoor kitchen and I don't want silverware exposed to the elements. This set is good, they are light weight and are not afraid of the weather. Extremely sharp so be careful. The tip is very weak and breaks easy. Good set.

I have so many pairing knives that have seen better days so I decided to buy a couple new ones these are very sharp I use them for the first time tonight I love that they have covers and they work very well just be careful cuz they're kind of sharp. If I needed more peering knives I'd buy these again the handle is very comfortable and they're a little bit bigger than normal pairing knives and I think that's why I like them as well. I would highly recommend

I will say that this knife does do an excellent job of cutting, however I have so many huge issues with the 2 knives that we received: 1- The knife blade is white and looks like a plastic knife and my absolute fear was that one of the kids would underestimate just how incredibly sharp the blade is even during simple hand washing. I made sure to emphasize just how sharp the knife was in spite of it looking so different from a standard knife. 2- THE BLADE CAME OFF COMPLETELY of one of the knives- which was all I needed to go ahead and get rid of it. The tip of the second knife cane off (which means that it likely stayed lodged in something that we ate). So, I absolutely do not recommend these knives at all! I regret throwing them out before thinking to get a refund. I was just so horrified and wanted theme gone.

These are very sharp. I was looking for a knife to score bread dough and these worked better than razor, better than anything I've tried. But both broke at the tip, very soon after buying, with less than what I'd call normal use for a knife. We certainly were not abusing them, bread scoring, dishwasher, put away with the other knives. They are not durable enough to be kitchen knives, but are so freaking sharp I am considering buying another set and keeping them in a padded box to only use them for bread scoring, handwashing gently, and hiding the box from the rest of the family.

I love these knives! They are very sharp. They slice right through tomatoes like they are butter. Very nice-looking, and a great value. They arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with my order!
