Quality product, all necessary nutrients, a little challenging to swallow, but if you take them individually, it's totally manageable.

These vitamins really help with my energy levels! I have a medical condition that drains my energy. I have been taking these vitamins for several months now and I can tell you they have really improved my life. If I run out or skip a few days, I can tell that my body begins to feel run down again. I hesitated to buy them because of the price tag but considering there are three different types of vitamins inside the packs, it actually averages out to a reasonable price per vitamin. I was first introduced to this brand by my doctor. She had me taking the fish oil and within weeks, I felt I had gotten my energy back. I decide they were a little pricy, so I tried some other brands, and my energy went away. So, I decided to try this brand again to see if it really was this, or a coincidence. I got energy back, so I am convinced this brand is why. I love the Wellness packs because I need a multi-vitamin and calcium as well. These vitamins are worth every penny.

I have been taking these for about a year. They are the absolute best ever that I have taken. I do only take 1/2 the packet. I'm not a very big person so 1/2 is still very powerful for me. I have other Metagenics products and all of them work equally as well for me. I found the product through a chiropractor who recommended this brand for her patients. They are 1/2 the price here from what is offered through the chiropractor office.

Easy way to take the needed vitamins Sort of anyway... Pro's -Everything in one simple package. I keep several of these in my bage so I can take then at work. No more having multiple bottles cluttering up the place! Easy to remember to take! Con's -These pills are fairly large. Taking six large pills can be hard and nauseating. The fish oil and white pills aren't that bad. However, the green ones leave a lot to be desired. Conclusion - If you need convenience in small packaging this is great. However, if you have problems swalling pills this is NOT for you.

I got a recommendation to this product from my doctor. I've gotten sick from other similar packets. I had to learn to take them at night after dinner, but after I figured that out, I've never had a problem.

The best vitamins for a woman, like myself to keep healthy and maintain good energy levels. I use this as a supplement to my healthy lifestyle. I used to have bad colds - cough and fever. Since I changed my diet and vitamin regimen, I never get bad colds or flu anymore. I would be sick with a cold and all I get is a mild headache. I think this is totally worth the money. I never miss a day of work anymore.

These are the best vitamins on the market. They give me high levels of energy and have kicked my metabolism into high gear. I have lost over 40 pounds since starting on these vitamins. I wish they were less expensive, but totally worth it!
