This is flavorless and odorless. Goes good in my coffee. The pump was stuck closed but I eventually got it to pop up. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Works great. As with every oil bottle I have ever had it mysteriously leaves an oil ring though I swear I haven't spilled, lol. It was shipped in a bubble envelope. I think it should be shipped in a box to avoid being squished but it arrived in perfect condition. Will purchase again.

I used this product to infuse THC oil to make edibles. It's the best oil to use for infusing. It's very healthy for your body, it's absorbed quicker in the body and also speeds up your metabolism. It has no taste or smell so you can mix it with anything. I always use this product when making my edibles.

Perfect for my bullet proof coffee. 6 pumps is one tbsp. After reading that it is made from 100% coconut I'd probably use coconut oil if it is cheaper. The only think better is that it is flavorless. So if coconut oil bothers you because of the flavor this would probably be the way to go. It's convenient to leave on my counter as my high fat coffee is part of my daily routine. Great recipe I found: 1tbsp butter 1 tbsp mct oil 8 oz coffee 1tbsp heavy cream 2 squirts liquid stevia(more outer less depending on your liking) In the blender for at least 30 seconds. I drop in a little 0 calorie o carb coffee syrup. I like camel to give it a bit more flavor too. It helps get me into and keeps me in ketosis. Even though it is high in calories I was a sceptic but I am starting to believe calories in calories out on keto doesn't matter. I'm consuming more calories but have lost 5.4 pounds in a week. I'm just making sure I'm not consuming too much fat. Take that into consideration when adding this to your coffee. I do.

Aside from a slight digestive disruption, which seems to be smoothing out after about a week, this is an amazing product that lives up to the hype in surprising ways. I am now two weeks in and they have been two of the best weeks I have had, back-to-back, in many many years. Higher energy levels, better moods, and better mental focus. Thank you so much for bringing a quality product to the market at a great price. Update: We just started using our third bottle. My wife is also taking a tablespoon daily now too. One small problem that caused me to downgrade slightly. This bottle is 15.8 ounces. My second bottle looks identical at a glance but was 16.0 ounces, slightly narrrower and taller. Why do I take note? Because the pump on the new bottle arrived already jammed and unusable despite my best efforts. The solution was to pour all the contents of the new bottle into the older one since the older pump would not fit the new bottle at all.

I'm reading a book on intermittent fasting, and MCT oil was something I needed for a coffee recipe I drink each day. I mistakenly made the coffee in a Styrofoam cup one day at work, and the hot oil made the cup melt (as I type this, I see how I should have known better)... Otherwise, I have no complaints. Keep in mind that this is an OIL so you'll need to keep stirring to maintain consistency in your drink since oil floats. Also, I'll say that I'm only at Day 4 of fasting, so I cannot remark on any miraculous weight loss. However, I will say that with my regimen, I definitely have plentiful BMs, and bloating has greatly decreased (this in conjunction with modified diet). 1 more thing: the intermittent fasting plan that I'm following is Keto-guided, so I do recommend this for those following similar diets.

From the reviews, this is clearly a quality product. It started off badly. My box had oily leakage from the start even though the cap was taped with leakproof tape. Inner silver seal was not attached at the mouth of the bottle, but instead jammed up into the top of the cap. Some product was lost. Each time you dispense some, it leaks down the bottle. Product is lost. Mixes well but I had hoped for a little coconut flavor, as I like that, especially in my coffee. This is, for all intents and purposes, flavorless which is highly desired by some of the other reviewers. There is a NO RETURN policy. Instead of making a huge issue, I'll keep it but will likely purchase a different product next time.

I use this most morning in my coffee with my cream or coconut creamer. It’s an oil, it still tends to float on top but no oily taste. I’ve added to salad dressings snd soups where it usually tends to blend in better. I do cook with coconut oil but not this variety, I think it has a very low smoke point. I was running low on my favorite olive oil and used some of this to stretch it a bit- worked great. The olive oil you finish with, not the kind you cook with. Good price for the money, quick delivery.
