EK Tools has best folding Paper Punch
I have never been disappointed with the EK Tools brand of paper punches. They cut paper cleanly. The folding design is a big bonus as it makes storage of a flat rectangle easier than regular punches. It is my favorite brand due to superior cutting and slim footprint for storage.

I love EK paper punches! This one may be my favorite. Sharp clean puts and easy to use. I flip them upside down so I can minimize waste of paper.
