Really amazing and smooth. Feels like drawing with a lipstick sometimes, that's how smooth it is. Everybody knows how well doms super soft pencils work, there's like a bunch of youtube artists using these to draw their masterpieces. So really, doms' reputation speaks for itself. I don't think I need to elaborate how well these work. Anyways, I'll attach a picture I drew

I honestly loved this product. Here are its pros and cons Pros: Pretty nice tin box. Color on barrel isn't drastically different fro the actual swatch. Nice pigmentation to work with. Blends pretty well. Can layer pretty well. Value much more than the price.(was really cheap) Wood was durable. Sharpens quickly with most sharpeners. Cons: Though the wood was durable the lead wasn't, meaning that it doesn't hold a perfectly sharp tip for long. White pencil doesn't have much pigment so hardly works.(It really makes the set a 23 count set) Overall as u can see above I loved this product for lots of reasons. I think it's great for beginners and professional, advanced artists as well. I would love to see this product come out in bigger packs as well. Also there is no information of it's light fastness (how fade resistant the pigment is over long periods of time), at least i couldn't find any after doing plenty of research. That didn't really matter to me anyways but if that's one of your top concerns i wouldn't bye it.

Received the Product in good condition. The pencils are smooth. Even the less pigmented colors like light green and yellow are not scratchy. I tried it on 110GSM DOMS paper, even for that the pencil is softer than other cheaper options available in the market. Also I like the colors in this set, as they are all usable. I bought another Derwent basic set along with this one. DOMS is quarter the price but beat that pencils by miles. If you’re looking for the best cheaper option, DOMS super soft pencils are the best.
