Diamond Burr Set- Ceramics Tile Glass Lapidary Stone Carving Sets Diamond Burs for Rotary Tools includes Dremel 50pc

Ok this is from 25 years ago, but I used the cone and ball I believe to cut a hole in a Jager bottle using a padded vice and drill press. Dremel split the glass on the first one quick, user error (made hole, started going worble-crazy), but will a nice controlled slow spin, cut through the glass cleanly. Took a while, but worked. The angle I had it at was also not ideal, so I was pretty impressed with the little cheapo's performance. Certainly the right size to get in tiny spots. Seemed like good construction then, actually enough diamonds to do something, look the same now.

These are bomb.com not cheaply made (like some can be) I've used the same piece on metals, rock, and ceramics so far... And there's no sign of wear yet 🤘 I've used my share of cheaply made bits, but these are just cheap-price and totally worth it

Nice selection of shapes. Worked well on shaping wood burning tips. Only issue so far is shaft size consistency. Some bits will not fit in my rotary tool.

This burr set is just okay because the 1/8" shafts are not consistent. Only 24 of the burrs will actually fit in my 1/8" Micro-Pro handpiece. All the other burrs are too large. I am going to try to sand them down, but am not hopeful that it will work. I realize you get what you pay for, but I would not necessarily recommend these if you need every one of the burrs to work.

Best burr set for price

First I should mention that I bought this set to be used on granite. I bought couple of sets from different makers and this set was a "OK" quality. It got good variety of differently shaped burrs which is great for what I was doing, but I found that "diamond bids/dust" are not applied adequately for those burrs to work properly. Likely there at least couple of burrs with same shape and I was able to select one that was useful. Overall, out of 50 burrs, I think at least half was useful, which is not bad considering price I paid for it.
